We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The stay met our needs very well. Plenty of room, comfortable bed, hot shower and good breakfast. Rooms were clean and all requests were attended to promptly.

The road noise was bad for me but other family members say that they were not as affected.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable for long stays. The highway noise was really bad. Also, the hotel should consider replacing the carpet with luxury vinyl flooring.

They were under renovation majorly and I had no warning beforehand
Very comfortable beds and newly renovated rooms. Breakfast was minimal, but tasted good.

The new chairs for the dining area weren't in yet it was a delay on them and the new mattresses weren't as comfortable as the old ones we stay here all the time
Our stay was right in the midst of the hotel being renovated, the room we stayed in was already renovated. Nice bright and clean, breakfast was like an actual restaurant it was delicious both mornings with different Meats and more options.

My stay was excellent, the size of the room was bigger than I expected, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to any requests. I would recommend this accommodation.

I did not like that we couldn't control the room ac it wouldn't allow us to turn off or turn up it was freezing but we figured it's better to be cold then hot
I love the room I didn't catch breakfast but I like the fact it lasts until 10am

It is very dated and the whole place needs a good refurb. I understand they are undergoing some changes now, so that will help. Unfortunately our room smelt strongly of urine, and we killed a cockroach in the room. However the hotel staff dealt with these issues quickly and professionally, which was much appreciated.
The staff were very helpful and friendly when checking us in and dealing with our complaints.

The hotel and rooms itself were a bit outdated, but clean regardless.
The staff were amazing. Their friendliness and joy made my day! Just very courteous, respectful, and kind. The breakfast was great! Good options and nice and hot.

I did not have any dislikes on this trip.
I like the staff the most. My room was on a floor with less guests and was perfect for me and my husband. All the staff greeted us and even the other guests seemed to be in great moods when we spoke or ate breakfast.

Breakfast was prepared perfectly. I wished they at least stayed open until 10 or even 10 30 a.m. Staff were exceptonally nice. Price for over night but I did book kinda late. With not having alot of staff I know its hard to get help. I felt like the carpets need to have a good shampooing . We Jemmott stayed in 222 and 208. Both rooms had dead bugs in the pull out sofa bed. We didn't complain but did the best we could...then sprayed w Lysol. It was our daughter's OTS graduation and didn't want to ruin her weekend. The rooms are pretty well insulated and you don't hear your neighbors.

There isn’t much to not like about it. My main complaint though is that the breakfast left something to be desired. I appreciated it, but it wasn’t very good food and limited choices.
My boys enjoyed the pool and basketball court. I also like how spacious the suites are - gives us room to spread out without being on top of each other. I also like that there’s a kitchen area - including a cooktop. That’s always a plus when traveling with younger children. It was comfortable and close to the location we were in town for.
