Great location, attentive staff, very nice spacious and quiet room. We enjoyed the delicious complementary breakfast. Evan checked us in and was extremely helpful. Good food and drinks at their happy hour was an added bonus. This hotel will definitely be our go to for our next Nashville stay. Walking distance to the Broadway honky tonk area was definitely a plus for us. Far enough away to be quiet, but close enough for convenience.

Windows looked out onto a parking garage so if you can pick your room location. Bathroom rating: Access to closet was difficult More hooks and racks in sink area needed No fan in the toilet shower room lights were way too bright and shone onto the bed

The windows of my room were filthy. I can’t believe Hilton can do something about that. I received texts from Hilton Honors and sent them photos of them. One female desk clerk has no clue about local attractions. She has no idea there’s a full size Parthenon in Nashville.

Room met expectations, it was close to the Broadway street, so basically you can leave your car parked and walk around the city.

The valet was unprofessional and had to ask for my phone number three times because he was distracted by maybe a friend passing by calling his name and the evening front desk person showing him her phone. Pretty rude. No real bar food.

The property is really nice. Loved that there is a bar and a coffee shop. The morning staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location! Staff were all professional and helpful. Hotel breakfast was well done, accessible, and plenty of space for seating. The one bedroom king suite was roomy and allowed us plenty of space for relaxing.

Was charged for Valet ($50.00) when did not use valet service. Still working on refund.

Check-in was easy and quick. Suite was very spacious and was stocked with anything needed for short or extended stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only problem I had was we used they valet parking. Which was good but I didn’t know that they charge 49$ a day for it.

It was a 5-minute walk to the music strip, ATM machines, restaurants, the stadium. The staff was really friendly, especially in the bar. Very silent & really good value for money.

The room was a little crowded with all the furniture but it was fine for just the 2 of us. The valet wasn't that great. 1 person only working both at drop off and pick up. The parking garage was like 5 blocks away. We received messages that our car was being retrieved when it wasn't even requested.

The breakfast was excellent. I liked that it had a little bar that you could go to to grab a drink.

Room could have been a bit bigger and it did not have an in-room safe. Our room was adjacent to the parking garage so there was some noise from time.

Location was terrific... close to Broadway night life but far enough away to not be bothered by it. Walking distance to most of the attractions unless you're venturing out of the downtown area. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of offerings; Not the same thing every day. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel room was clean and well appointed with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator.
