At the time they were doing construction inside so I didn’t like it a little bit at the moment. But I understood that they had to fix it. Parking I didn’t like. In my personal opinion if I’m staying and paying a good price I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for parking. So we had to walk a bit to our car on the street w/ free parking at the time and pack things up.

It has quite the space. We had celebrated my daughters birthday and didn’t expect to fit as many people in there as we thought it would. It was really good place! The jacuzzi and the pool was nice and a pretty good size as well! Breakfast was really good! Fresh and you can make your own type of waffles ! I loved that and my kids did too!

Showed up on a Thursday and the hot tub and pool was pretty dirty/stinky water. Felt as though the chemicals had been overlooked! Was definitely better come Friday and Saturday! Assuming you only check/maintain chemicals for weekend visitors?

The staff was kind of rude at my last stay and I asked for a late check out and they said nothing when I checked in. It's difficult to travel six hours for work, try to find permanent residence and work 12 hours in a day and find time to sleep before traveling back to my home state so communication is important or I would have booked at the neighboring site for cheaper rate

I liked the size of the room and exercise room being right near the pool with a window was nice.

No sheets for the pullout bed and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in on of the showers

Pool and hot tub were cloudy and had a strange odor. Had houskeeper enter room without being told to come in. Breakfast was only served until 9am one day made for a rushed start to the day. Room could use some deep cleaning, walls and curtains were soiled. Had a strong Marijuana smell outside door in hallway more then once. Guessing coming from stairwell. Not pleasant

Location was perfect to attend Pink that was across the street. Front desk day staff were helpful. Nice to have bottled water available in room and at check in. Pet friendly major plus! Variety of breakfast items were wonderful! Having the option to cook in room was very nice! And full refrigerator with freezer was great!

Lady at desk was a little rude to my significant other when asking for information, nothing was explained or given for our knowledge of the hotel.(what time breakfast…etc. )They have over 200+ rooms and little to no parking(had to pay 10 dollars to go looking for a spot that was not provided.)people were making their own parking spots and it was a little frustrating.especially, when wanting to explore but knowing there will be no parking when you arrive back to the hotel. Half of the tv stations did not work and very few stations to begin with.

The kindness of the cleaning staff . Room service for cleaning was very nice and as well understanding.

The remote for the TV in our room didn't work.

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious! Easy and convenient parking. Good choices in the lobby market/store. Friendly/personable staff.

I think the room furniture was in need of an update. The couch seemed to be sunken in and discolored. Additionally, we had to pay for parking and at one point there was no parking spaces left so we had to park on the side. I think if we have to pay for parking there should be an abundance of parking spaces.

I appreciated the pool/hot tub as well as the location. Breakfast was okay, it could have used more variety but it is better than no breakfast so that was a plus. The staff was friendly and was able to get us checked in a few hours early which worked out great.
