We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNo coffee or water in room. The fridge was very unlevel so when you opened the door it all tilted forward. Very loud machine noises a few times a night--we were in 334, end of hall next to service and storage room.

United States of AmericaRooms all have a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Mattresses in the pull out couches are awful. TVs need to be updated to smart TV’s.
The staff. We’ve stayed a couple times and every staff member we’ve come across is so friendly, helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. The amenities are why we stay here, as we have young kids and spend a lot of time enjoying all the hotel has to offer.

The breakfast had staples of muffins, bagels, waffle maker, yogurt, strawberries, apple and orange juices,and oatmeal. Had extra toppings for things chocolate chips and sauces. Varied day to day regarding eggs, bacon, potatoes. Staff very helpful.

United States of AmericaWe stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. I was disappointed that they only do housekeeping after 10 days of stay. We could get towels at the front desk, but I'd have liked my bedding changed -or given to me to change. We were also upset because the pool was closed, not due to covid, but because a part wasn't in. We only found out three days before our trip with two kids who love to swim that the pool was closed (which we booked because when we booked it was opened).
The breakfast was great. Front desk AM woman was very helpful with locations and towels when needed. She was also very friendly and welcoming. It is very close to many swimming areas and many restaurants and stores. Our suite had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a pull out couch. The fridge is full size and makes ice. We were able to save a lot of money by going to stop and shop nearby and purchasing groceries. There are only four sets of plates, bowls, and mugs/silverware. One small boiling pan and one small frying pan. Was good for eggs, breakfast food, but couldn't make a gourmet meal so bring your own extras.

The bathroom door didn’t shut properly, the TV didn’t work, and the furniture was tired appearing. Looked out on a parking lot. Also, I’m pretty angry that I had to pay $10 a day for parking at a hotel in the middle of no where that would be nearly impossible to get to without a car. And for all this, we paid $300 per night (not including parking). Would not recommend or return.
