We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Great rooms, well laid out and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool looked great though we didn't get a chance to use it. The location was perfect for us as my in-laws live very close by. Breakfast was decent and there are many restaurants within walking distance and closeby. We will definitely be using this hotel for future visits to the area.

Medication left in Hotel Room and not found by housekeeping. Probably washed in bed linen or thrown away. Manager mailed wrong med and other items to me. The front desk acted like I never stayed there. Did not associate name of Medication or My name on prescription after providing that information to manager. I was very disappointed.

The sofa couch was super dated! My children hated the bed, woke up a few times, bed made noises for every movement. It was super thin, dented in the middles and it’s totally lost its shape. It’s needs to be replaced. We had our volleyball team there and all 7 rooms had the same issue with sofa bed. Also didn’t like weekend breakfast began 1 hour later
We love the location, free parking, close to restaurants, the cleanliness and comfort of the room with mini kitchen. Love that it included breakfast even though we had to miss it due to it starting at 7am on the weekends. Wished they kept the time at 6am daily.

One of the towel hooks in the bathroom was coming out the wall. The kitchen sink had a greasy scum, like the sink was backed up.

I missed the alarm clock that had been in our room during our previous stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no complimentary bottle water. Our room didn’t have any bottle water to even purchase and the small area to purchase water or sodas didn’t have any water or soda until the next morning.

I only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport before breakfast was available. Very happy I was able to take the shuttle to the airport and leave my car until my return a week later. Was hoping to stay the night I returned , but the hotel was completely booked. My shuttle driver was very helpful in finding a room for me next door at the Hampton Inn which was more money and a lot less desirable than Homewood Suites.

Exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel. Room was more like a suite. Had kitchenette facilities which we didnt use, but was nice to know for next time. The staff were great, location awesome and no extra cost for the airport shuttle, which I found amazing.

However, except for Brent, the night registration clerk, the remaining registration personnel were cordial at best and could learn lessons from him. Coffee should be kept going 24/7. If you tell me it was, I'm going to tell you it wasn't.
Hospitality staff were friendly, smiled and completed for requests quickly. Of course, they learned we tipped well. I also liked the breakfast.

The place is dated. It could use some modernizations and upgrades. Definitely weathered, but still clean. The parking was free, but not enough spaces close to entries.
The location was great. The included breakfast was really good. There was a great variety of food choices for breakfast. I only did not like that the breakfast ended so early on the weekdays. I loved that the parking was free.

Breakfast was disappointing. Corn beef hash is not a good single option for a breakfast meat. Put out some bacon or sausage. It was also a Sunday morning so was expecting something a little more upscale for a property like this and the price I paid.
Easy access and many restaurants nearby. Room and bed comfortable.
