There were not enough towels for the four of us that were in the room. And even though the pool was not open, that was not a good sight to see.

The spaciousness of the room. EVERY WORKER the day we were there was the friendliest staff we had on our week tour of traveling. The sweetest bunch to including the custodian worker. Keep up the good work!!

There was a shortage (absence of) luggage carts. We had been on the road for 14 days and had lots of luggage. We had to make several trips to get all the luggage up to our third floor room. I know they can’t make people bring the carts back. We found one by the third floor elevator when we checked out so we didn’t have to make several trips when we were ready to leave. Just our good luck.

Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast was on real not paper plates with real not plastic silverware. Biscuits and gravy with grits felt like breakfast at home. The two food attendants were very friendly and helpful with a special request. The front desk person remembered me from previous visits and was very welcoming.

The receptionist that didn’t know anything. I am pretty sure this young employee was new but her knowledge was so limited. She couldn’t tell us if flatware was in the room or if that was a restaurant across the street ( it was really dark when we arrived) and she charged my relatives room on my card.

There was a tournament going on and several teams staying there so breakfast ran out before 10. We were about 10 minutes from the gym of the tournament and close to Walmart and alot of great restaurants

The room wasn’t clean, many stains on the carpet, no soap by the sink to wash your hands after going to the bathroom and no liquid body wash in the large container by the tube. Didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people staying in the room. I had to go downstairs and get towels, I also let the person at the desk know we will need towels for the next day. When we returned late to the room the following day there were no towels and the beds weren’t made up. I also had to go to the feont desk and get towels for the room.

It was a convenient location. It is always convenient to have breakfast at the hotel.

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. The suite was clean and fully equipped. I chose a suite due to my husband's disability and he adapted to it very well.

Kind of small the guy doing the breakfast Sunday morning had a bad attitude. I understand it’s a lot but he didn’t put out any plates fresh food or juice. Internet is not so good

Comfortable Saturday morning was wonderful the breakfast host was outstanding. The people was giving her a hard time but she kept going.
