We brought our pets so would have liked to stay on the ground floor next to a back door preferably a room without carpet. To be fair i dont think there was one available. We would have also appreciated a small vacuum to clean as often as we would have liked.

The best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Great coffee and great food with all the little extras like oat milk, condiments, nuts etc. The location exceeded our expectations and was within walking distance of everything we wanted and needed. A large shopping mall, multiple restaurants, park, shopping and more literally outside our front door.

There was a junior soccer tournament in town and apparently many teams were staying at this hotel. So at breakfast my family gave up trying to eat because the lines in the dining area were over whelmed with tweens.

I reserved this for my son and his family so that they could visit their grandmother. They have a young baby and were able to get a crib delivered to their room. Because it was within walking distance of a mall and many restaurants, they had access to everything they needed. The rooms were nice.

Breakfast was phenomenal!! Jalapeños, pickled onions and carnitas are straight fuego my friend!

The only thing I would say I disliked is how cold the gym was.

A quiet yet good location next to a shopping area. Hotel clean and refreshing look. Suites very nice, light and spacious.

Wonderful stay! The lobby smells great. The room was very comfortable for a family of 4. The breakfast was nicely assorted (eggs, waffles, fruit, toast, etc). Location wise, there are plenty of good restaurants practically walking distance.

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like.

The entire experience was seamless from the check in process to the check out process. The suite was very clean and comfortable! My family and I were very pleased with the awesome hospitality.

Mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were flat. 2 queen beds should be 2 king beds. no bar or dinner options. No blackout curtains just wood shutter blinds that allow light so seep in.

The queen bed in our suite was not as comfortable as I would like it to be. Almost felt like the springs were too close to the surface of the mattress. My husband had no issues with his bed. Our 23 yr old son slept on the pull out couch which he tolerated. I would say maybe it would be fine for a smaller person/child, but not for a full sized adult. On one of the days I visited the gym, one of the treadmills was not operational so I was unable to do my run since the other treadmill was in use by another guest. One suggestion would be to have some sort of pocket door to separate the sink area from the bedroom. I would get up before my husband in the mornings to go do my workout but having no door was made it difficult not to wake him up.

Clean hotel and loved the smell walking thru the lobby. Staff was always friendly. Great location near shopping and restaurants and close to I75. Good sized gym. Overall it is a very nice hotel in a very nice area. I think we would stay here again but would get two rooms so my son wouldn't have to sleep on the pull out couch.
