The pool area needed some love...misc clothing and towels left by other guests and the pool room temperature was too cool for swimming.

The room was spacious for the level/type we paid for. The location is excellent and close to everything. The staff was amazing!!!!!!!

The couch bed was not comfortable at all. I had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. The sofa itself and the mattress were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that everything was good.

-Noisy after dark. Guests in the courtyard were loud and obnoxious even after the property noise curfew. I called several times after midnight to complain. Security did an admirable job to quell the noisiness though. -Pool water was pretty salty. Don't go underwater or your eyes will sting. Perhaps they over did it with the pool salt.

-Nice new and clean property and facilities. -Breakfast was decent - can't ask more of a complimentary continental breakfast. -Service is cordial and attentive. -Location is good. Just a few mins from the expressway.

I had to wait til 5pm to check in because my room wasn’t ready and I was part of a wedding party and had been calling all day to make sure my room was ready so I had to do a rush job on getting dressed.

The breakfast was average. The scrambled eggs were watery and had a powdery taste to it. The waffle mix was a little too watery, making the waffles too thin. The couch was absolutely unacceptable. We would sink into the couch when we sat due to the mattress being so flat. And when we opened it up for the sleeper some of the springs and attachment rods were disconnected. We noticed that both sides of the mattress was soiled. We contacted the front desk on Thursday night we were told that they would send us a rollaway and maintenance would look into the couch on Friday but we didn't get the rollaway until Sunday morning! I didn't get the name of the Thursday night staff but Saturday it was Gina who assisted me and made sure we finally got a rollaway bed. She explained that the hotel was in the process of purchasing new couches and there wasn't anything that could be done about getting another couch so we sat on chairs and the ottoman throughout our stay.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee and tea station. The size of the room was comfortable and the breakfast area was kept clean at all times.

First of all, I got checked into a room that was already occupied! Had to haul all my stuff back down to the front desk to get the correct room key... My son spent most of the weekend in the pool, everything was corroded, including the handicap chair. The women's restroom was missing it's handle and the men's room had nowhere to hold the toilet paper. Completely unhappy with the price I paid!

There was a stove and a full size fridge, but only one chair in the room.

However the breakfast choice of meat was bad sausage links tasted like rank meat. The just ice was HOT! ALSO THE POOL AREA WAS HORRIBLE. THE REASON WE CAME WAS TO TAKE MY FAMILY SWIMMING. THIS WAS A STAYCATION, THAT WAS RUINED BECAUSE WE COULD NOT T ENJOY THE POOL AREA. THE CHAIRS WAS ALL MOLDED AND YOU COULD CUT THE THICKNESS IN THE AIR WITH A STICK. LET DISCUSS THE POOL IT SELF, IT WAS GREEN AND THINGS WAS FLOATING IN IT LIKE BUGGS.
