The rooms have fallen apart since we've last been here. The refrigerator was not clean, the carpet was loose and torn in a few areas. The hot tub was not working.

We have stayed here many times before. We like it very much.

A $7/day parking fee for a property in Midland Tx is ridiculous and unnecessary. I won’t be staying there again

First off, I checked in and was told there was a $7 parking fee, which I was not happy about. We already paid for the room why pay for parking too. I had booked a suite and called and asked if it had a separate bedroom and was told it did only to get in the room and it was one full room with bed and couch. Called the front desk only to be told they were sold out of suites. There were no blankets or pillows for the couch had to call the front desk. I was overall not impressed with the hotel.

Shower pressure was the best in Midland! I also liked the bed and TV hanging on the walll. The room was a good size as well.

There is no bedding on the foldout couch. Had no clean towels at check-in and had to wait until 9:30 am. 2 hours before checking out for them. The hot tub was not working properly. The pool area was not cleaned from the night before

The pool was closed because chemicals were not correct so our girl was disappointed but it happens. The carpet near the entrance of the room was very worn and pulled back and fabric on couch and chair in room are in need of some deep cleaning.

The room was extremely spacious and had all conveniences of a full kitchen.

A/C’s need servicing, the pool looked a bit cloudy as well as the hot tub, there was no way to turn on the jets as the knob was broken, there were no towels in the pool area but a quick walk to front desk and they gladly gave us some. Pillows were super flat and uncomfortable, curtains in the window were torn of original track and on a patch job track, not a big deal but to the wrong person it could have been pretty major

The room we stayed in, the bathroom door would not close, the wall mount thermostat was missing it’s face, the tv remote didn’t work well, there was a noise that could be heard when running the hot water at the sink

One of the rooms had tax from the carpet, where it was torn and up, poking through one of our families foot and making it bleed, making it dangerous for our little one to crawl around.

first One of the receptionist was very rude and impolite she said she couldn’t help us I went to go talk to my group to the people I had booked the rooms for and when I did go back there was another lady compared to the first one the second lady helped us and she was very nice and kind I did speak to the manager the next day and he was also very polite and kind then the rooms that I asked for two beds we did not get to bed we only got one bed so some of my family members were sleeping on the floor second the rooms are not that clean especially the shower third I had asked the reception that my sink in the restroom was flooded and the one in the kitchen too they sent somebody to fix it when I went back up to my roomTo wash my face and brush my teeth the sink was flooded again they never fix the problem
