I've taken a room with an additional sofa as a bed but it was not really comfortable. Everything else was nice!

My luggage arrived late at the airport, the staff was very helpfull about this and told me as soon as they arrived. The breakfast is really great and change over days! Great location, Time Square is very close. I definitely recommend.

The hotel made us paid for the stay when we arrived, even though I showed them that my stay was paid thru booking. And the it took weeks til we got the money back. We had to ask a couple times in the front desk to come and clean our room, as they skipped to clean it.

Breakfast was great, specially for the price paid. The gym was good too, when compared to other hotels. No bench press or squats machines though. The room was nice though very small for my wife and my daughter (we got an extra bed, but it occupied most of the space left in the room). Very well located, and very good for the price

The bedsofa was not made for a stay for several days. Aching back came after the third nights sleep.

The breakfast was good, but it was not many tables available in the rush hours in the morning. Tha staff was always friendly och willing to give the best service.

The staff (all the women - except Jess who was lovely) could be way more friendlier. The men were all super helpful and friendly.

The room was very small - which was expected. Managed to have enough space for the essentials but nothing more. We had a few suitcases and head to move them about to get our clothes in and out as there wasn’t enough space for our clothes. We used to sofa as a sofa bed which necessarily reduced the space.

Great hotel for its location. The breakfast was good - not as many healthy options as I would like but was tasty. Ability to fill a box and take things away was appreciated. The staff were friendly. I used the fitness centre which was clean and well provisioned. Also the guest laundry was useful.

Breakfast was not very good and the room was very crowded each morning so you sometimes struggle to find a table.

Breakfast was decent, but always very crowded. Location was great for sightseeing in mid-Manhattan, but this part of the city felt very unsafe due to many homeless people outside of the hotel. Room was specious and nice.

Housekeeping was poor. Most days our room was not restocked and we had to ask reception for basics like toilet paper and clean towels almost everyday. When we checked in we were advised that the rooms would not be cleaned everyday, although the towels and toilet paper would be replaced daily. This was definitely not the case.

Location was good. Short walks to Madison Square Garden and Times Square.

Staffs were not that pleasant and professional The moment we checked in, the male staff keeps talking to his colleague while serving us which to me (person with hospitality background) was unprofessional and rude. And that happened to other staff during our check out!

Hotel is super strategic. Few blocks away to Time Square. It was short walk with luggage from Penn Station. As well good value of money considering the condition of the hotel. There is unlimited hot coffee and chocolate which to me a big plus especially during our stay which were rainy. Breakfast buffet was nice with lots of variation.

Check in time is not respected. While it is 4PM, hotel gives you a check in after 5-6PM that too after repeated requests.

My biggest disappointment was breakfast. We stayed there for 7 days and food was really bad. I was expecting at least correct level but it was very low. Area for breakfast is small but even if it's full in 3 minutes of waiting you will find a spot. This is not a problem as I thought it would be the case. If you don't care about breakfast, this hotel has excellent ratio quality/ price for NY. If breakfast is important part for you, maybe this is not the best choice.

Location is very good, perfectly clean , for NY standards rooms are big, majority of staff is very friendly , Penn Station is very close (subway , trains , buses) same as Time Square , Medison etc...

Cleaning on request was not done when requested.. But corrected when housekeeping was informed of issue.

We had 2 rooms nearby as requested. The free coffee and hot chocolate 24hours a day. The soup and snack in the afternoon on one day.. The kitchen in the room had sufficient dishes to cook a meal. Breakfast was busy but staff ensured that nothing ran out and we could take away food if required.
