The location is such that it takes a long time to get and in and out! Traffic, signals and one-way streets make it tough!

Mattress.... it was so firm my hips and back were hurting every morning and caused me to toss and turn all night.

Very disappointing breakfast - no ham, no cheese, no bacon (these are the basics and should be on the menu every day). And what on Earth are chicken and turkey patties? So tasteless and visually unappealing. Remove them from the menu pls. Egg options should also be richer. Also, there is no espresso machine, just the regular filter coffee which is a bit tasteless and watery. Pls improve the breakfast.

Great central location so all the main sightseeing spots are nearby. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff very forthcoming, polite and helpful.

• The neighborhood can be a little bit frightening because of some homeless people but this is New York (they are in their own world and not aggressive most of time) • The air conditioning is working all the time even if you want to turn it off • The breakfast room is not big but we could sit if everyday with a baby of 2 years old (you can go there at 8 am there is a turnaround of families). You can also take it to your room

• The confort of the rooms • The hotel is situated in a little street of Mid Town, not on the main avenue (and our room was situated in the court side) • The situation : 5 minutes from the metro, 15 minutes by foot far from Time Square, The Madison Square Garden, Broadway, High Line, The Vessel, The Empire State Building, etc. • The personnel was very welcoming and reactive (special thanks to Felix, Jorge, Joystyn) • The room was cleaned every day which is very appreciable • The kitchen was well designed and very useful • They provide meal on Wednesdays which is appreciable (chicken soup, pretzel, etc.) • They provide hot water, tea and filter coffee all day and during the evening

The dining room is too small I think. A couple times my family went down for breakfast, it was difficult to find a place to seat.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and nice. The location is perfect. Over all, our experience was very good!

This hotel is situated on a tough block. I felt pretty unsafe walking to and from and i am seasoned urban traveller. Other than that it was fine.

I have Mixed feelings with the over all hotel, facilities and breakfast. The hotel it self is ok, the breakfast wasn’t good, but at least was generous. They allowed you to take some food and that was great. But I think for the same price I could have got a 4 stars…

I've taken a room with an additional sofa as a bed but it was not really comfortable. Everything else was nice!

My luggage arrived late at the airport, the staff was very helpfull about this and told me as soon as they arrived. The breakfast is really great and change over days! Great location, Time Square is very close. I definitely recommend.

The hotel made us paid for the stay when we arrived, even though I showed them that my stay was paid thru booking. And the it took weeks til we got the money back. We had to ask a couple times in the front desk to come and clean our room, as they skipped to clean it.

Breakfast was great, specially for the price paid. The gym was good too, when compared to other hotels. No bench press or squats machines though. The room was nice though very small for my wife and my daughter (we got an extra bed, but it occupied most of the space left in the room). Very well located, and very good for the price

The bedsofa was not made for a stay for several days. Aching back came after the third nights sleep.

The breakfast was good, but it was not many tables available in the rush hours in the morning. Tha staff was always friendly och willing to give the best service.

The room was very small - which was expected. Managed to have enough space for the essentials but nothing more. We had a few suitcases and head to move them about to get our clothes in and out as there wasn’t enough space for our clothes. We used to sofa as a sofa bed which necessarily reduced the space.

Great hotel for its location. The breakfast was good - not as many healthy options as I would like but was tasty. Ability to fill a box and take things away was appreciated. The staff were friendly. I used the fitness centre which was clean and well provisioned. Also the guest laundry was useful.
