Unfortunately when we checked in our room smelled of old expired food (like someone left rotten produce in the fridge) and when we asked if they had any air freshener they simply responded "sorry we don't" we couldn't get a different room because the hotel was completely booked. The room was not very clean and there were stains on the chairs.

The location was excellent and very easy to get to. The MOA is right across the street, and the hot breakfast included was very convenient. Rooms are nice if you have kids since there's a door separating the bedroom from the living room.

The breakfast was subpar. The omelette was half done, the potato's were soggy. my kids can’t eat bread so the bakery items wouldn’t help. The bananas were brownish. We ended up skipping 2 of the 3 days and went to other breakfast places. I would’ve expected more being how nice the breakfast area was.

They had dog treats for my little dog and baggies for outside. It was great to travel with him!

Was expecting bigger beds for the double bed suite. The pullout couch helped with this though.

The room was exceptional and fit our needs well. The pool was great for the kids and the atmosphere was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The breakfast offerings were rather limited. The eggs did not look appealing and the hashbrowns had the consistency of mashed potatoes rather than actual hash brown.

It’s not the most high end stay so breakfast option and pool is just average. Elevator very dated and don’t expect house keeping to be available late night

Great for families love the suite style perfect when we didn’t want to eat out or store our ice creams in the full size refrigerator with proper freezer. Location is awesome and room was perfect for our dog

A lot of plane noise, but we got use to it pretty quick.

Location and access to Mall of America was great, didn't expect to be easy and convenient. The front desk lady Rhoda Randle was absolutely excellent. She made my day just talking with her and was so eager to help!!!!

I had a handicap room, and the cleaning lady took things out of my room before I checked out! I had to go and look for her to get my things back.

The room is a quite not clean, there were some areas were it was dusty. Few family members got sick a night before our check out. The room is a bit outdated, carpet needs to be upgraded .

The staff were excellent, from house keeping to front desk personnel. They were very polite and accommodating. Been to a few hotels like theirs and sometimes the front desk staff will be a bit grumpy but not in this hotel . They went above my expectations on how they treat their guests. Their simple contagious smiles make our day brighter. Free Breakfast is a bonus. Thank you for all you do !

It's hard to think of anything we didn't like - I guess, we prefer a firmer mattress than what was in the room - but that is just preference.

The reception staff were all so very kind, the breakfast changed every morning - which was a nice surprise. The kitchen in the room and living room space was really nice to have a separate place from the bedroom and bathroom.
