I know are kids are adults, but when traveling still want them close and this room provide beds for all, since I have a girl and a boy. We also had sitting area so that once back to hotel we could sit and watch TV without having to use beds and not have a back support. Very nice. We visited sites of Washington DC and this was conveniently located out of the major hustle as well.

BelgiumThe heating did not work properly, there was no toilet paper in the restroom and the kitchen gear is very limited (especially knifes, spoons etc). We called for the toilet paper and got it in 5 minutes. We also called for the heating. That could not be fixed during our stay, unfortunately. I recommend Homewood suites staff to prepare this after our stay, for future customers. Also for the kitchenette, I recommend to add some gear, to make the stay for a future family more comfortable. But these are suggestions, recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful time here.
- The room is big enough for a family of 4. - The room has a kitchenette, allowing you to cook yourself. - There is a wonderful gym, spa and swimming pool. - Breakfast is excellent, offering a large variety of things to choose from. - Staff is very helpful. - The location is perfect. It lies outside washinhton dc, in a quiet neighborhood. If you have a car, you can park in the rockville metro station parking, 10 minutes from the Homewood suites (5 dollar). Then you can take the red metro to Washington dc, in about 30 minutes.

The room has comfortable because of the size of the room. Great location. Close to Rio and other plazas. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaI did not like that Lidia charged me twice for my stay. That put a damper on my vacation. This was my wife birthday. My wife was extremely upset also. When I told her that I paid through booking .com already. The manager gave me 5000 points . That still did not help us for this stay. . My wife left a message at the front desk to express her frustration for the manager. She never contacted us back. She should have given us a discount on this stay. United States of AmericaPool was small and crowded, breakfast was ok, but the biggest issue was how loud the other guests were. Friday evening, it sounded like one kid having a very loud one sided conversation, perhaps on a video game, and then Saturday a group of teens took over that room and again were extremely loud until after 3am, in the rooms and running up and down the hallways. We had an adjoining room so I’m not sure if that was why it was so loud. At one point it sounded like they were trying to open the door that way and I asked them what they were doing and they stopped.
Hotel was clean, especially our room, which was a great size for two adults and one child. Stores/restaurants and metro station are just a short car ride away.
