You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wrong # of beds listed on booking.com, needed two beds but there was only one. Description on booking.com was "1 double, 1 sofabed, 1 large double". In reality there was a single queen and a sofabed. There were no available 2-bed rooms in the hotel so somebody had to sleep on the terrible couch. Thanks booking.com, never again. Hotel room windows don't open and the air conditioner was very loud every time it started up.
Location was convenient but basically situated in an office park and close to the freeway noise. This hotel is next to a Marriott Courtyard which is probably the better choice.

What I didn't like was the breakfast. Everything I ate was nasty but the orange juice was good.
The location, the hotel and my room were nice. We both got a good night sleep

No option for better channels on tv

The scanners to open the entry ways and rooms from the outside of the building need upgrading! It took us more than a couple minutes to keep scanning our card to access the inside of the hotel. And there are no instructions on how to scan the card the correct way. I've noticed also had problems with their cards, so I would fix that asap. Someone else had placed a rock in the door so they can easily come in and out without having to struggle with the card scanner.
The room was nice and spacious. Full size fridge was a big plus! The stove as well. Our room included a living area and bedroom. Great for our size family of 5. Breakfast options were great.

booked for three persons and we only received 2 sets of towels and no bed linens for the sleeper couch. which they couldn’t bring to the room as they were under staffed. we had to fetch it.

They are charging for parking. I think this adds an unnecessary expense. There is plenty of parking. We always stay at this property because of the social hour in the evenings. They have reduced that to one night a week. Staying there will no longer be automatic. We are going to look around. Also, when I booked with Booking.com it was advertised that I could cancel at no cost. When I went to change the date I was informed that if I changed my reservation in any way, I would be charged the whole amount. I probably won’t go straight to Booking.com to make a reservation now. I will call the property.

Housekeeping carts blocking hallways. Elevator smelled of urine.

I was concerned about the security of my car in the car park, especially when parked out of sight at the side. Also the breakfast served on paper plates with plastic cutlery gave a poor impression. Breakfast was passable, but not great, as I'd been led to expect. Limited variety but just about served the purpose of getting fed. I would have liked biscuits and gravy as an option more frequently than the fried potatoes on offer most days. The cereal dispensers that grind the cereal into dust need to be replaced with something that works.
Overall a comfortable stay and friendly staff. Location was suitable for me, though there is a lot of accommodation available in the general area

Bathroom sink clogged, front desk didn't know. Repairman knocked on our door, a few minutes after we checked in early. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and dirty from the couch being used-crumbs and other debris.
Room was very quiet, breakfast was good.
