The staff when we arrived were very rude. They were too busy eating snacks to acknowledge us or to even wait on us, and we were the only people there at that time checking in.

I didn't like that I had to keep asking for room service only too get it once in 5 days and they didn't do much at all when they did come. We had six people in a room so clean towels were a must daily. As a hotel worker myself I understand the stress that goes into cleaning rooms when it's busy but I had to ask several times to just get it once.

Everything was great! Rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was great and nice having a heated pool.

The top sheet on the beds were rough and the eggs were over cooked sometimes. The door to our Restroom would get stuck. Also, a message on the mirror read they'd clean the room every other day and when we arrived I was told there would be no room service. the cleaning crew was nice and would exchange our towels when we'd ask.

Breakfast had a good variety and the coffee is excellent. The room was great and the beds were comfy. However, the sheet on the very top was like a rough shower curtain. I'm glad we had our own throws because it was cold in SA that weekend.

I came here to stay close to the AF Lackland Base. It was within a 10 min drive to the Luke blvd Gate where the events took place. Easy access on and off the highway. The hotel is super close to shops like Target or Walmart in case you forgot to pack items in your suitcase. It is also close to other shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we were able to sleep well. The bathrooms had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body soap so you can skip packing those if you'd rather use their items (no sample bottles like I grew up seeing)

The day manager, whose name I didn't get, has red hair is the rudest person! She should not be hospitality. There is nothing hospitable about her. Get yourself a new manager and I bet your ratings improve! Absolutely the worst manager!

The breakfast is not vegan/GF friendly. There was no oatmeal, no GF cereal, no dairy-free milk. If anyone in your family has allergies, consider bringing your own breakfast items.

We loved the large rooms and kitchen area. It was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone felt that there was room to spread out a bit. We also really loved the shampoo/conditioner and body wash they had. Never a deal-breaker for us, but definitely a pleasant surprise at how nice it smelled and how well it worked for everyone in our family.

Pull out sofabed was uncomfortable, but it's a sofabed so not much to expect anyway, could use a general re-caulking in the bathroom, phones and remotes didn't work, but none of that ruined the stay for us. Would stay again.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and nice. Had a minor issue with the room and was rectified quickly. AC runs nice and cold which is a treat during this Texas heat! Bathroom shower has good pressure/temp. Full kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the fridge/freezer worked very well.

House cleaning did not replace dirty towels, empty trash or change sheets in my room. I had to call for clean towels and linen. I don’t think they stepped foot into my room at all.

Good distance to SeaWorld, shopping and restaurants. Facility was nice and clean. Loved the gym and pool. Decent parking. Breakfast was okay.

If I had to choose something I disliked, it would be the guest laundry room. My experience was not a pleasant one. Only two washers/ dryers were available and one of the dryers was not heating properly. It took me almost four hours to wash two loads and I couldn’t even dry them because, again, there was only one fully operating dryer and while I was there about four other guests were wanting to do their laundry. I thought I would have enough time in the a.m. to do my laundry but 12pm fast approached and I had to check out. I had no other choice but to put my wet clothes in plastic bags and travel four hours back home. Needless to say that I have to wash them again.

I enjoyed everything and the staff made it that much better with their exceptional customer service.
