Some of the amenities in the room didn’t work such as the fan some of the lights. The cable had limited channels and no smart television so no streaming your favorite shows. We didn’t know how to get to it and there was no instruction on how or where to park. Find out it was forty five dollars a night to valet park.

I loved how close we were to river street. The roof top was amazing the drinks good and overall experience. The pool was amazing it was warm and the lights and heaters were a plus in my book. They had live music and they play requested songs. What a great experience. The free breakfast was pleasant and the best I have had.

River view was more like half a river view. After paying $500.00 per night, I found the $45.00 per day valet parking a bit outrageous. No restaurant. Only food option was very simple items at the pool bar/deck. Housekeeping did not clean the room while we were gone for the afternoon, nor did anyone ask if we wanted it cleaned.

Location is great. Breakfast was OK but nothing impressive. Pool bar/deck was nice. Clean property.

The valet is the only way to park there and it is $45 per day. It seems that all city hotels now have valet parking and charge these amounts. We stayed in Nashville a few weeks ago and it was the same. This would be great to know up front when booking online, so you really know the full price. There was also an odor in the room coming from work being done down the hall and there was supposed to be a queen bed, but it was really a full size bed in room 415.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the front desk and with breakfast along with the valet were great.

Room needs some updating. It was clean, spacious and good overall. However, banged up corners, cabinets and bathroom areas that just show well worn use. Appears the hotel is undergoing renovations, so hopefully all the rooms will be as nice as the public areas soon. We could not use our data on our phones in the room - had to go out in the hallway near an exit window to send/receive texts.

Public areas of hotel are very modern, lovely, spacious. Obviously have been recently renovated. Location is within walking distance of everything and we had a river front view. Extra nice! Breakfast selection was excellent, tasty, hot and fresh. Loved that the coffee was brewed fresh from 5am on... Bed was very comfortable.

The room WAS NOT CLEAN, bed was not neatly made, hair in bed, bowl with food in it on counter, no towels, once towels was delivered, they was left on the FLOOR OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR,

There was some noisy construction and the roads were closed off next door when we stayed there.

We really liked the location, roof top, room size and breakfast included.

On the second day we were told breakfast would be till 11 we got there at 10 and they said that they were closed. Our room wouldn’t get hotter than 74° and we’re from Florida so we were freezing. The staff was friendly enough.

Breakfast was really good wide variety. Rooftop bar and pool was very beautiful and the little shop downstairs. Had a lot of cool things.

Breakfast was great. Great Location. When I needed something from my truck late on night and went to the valet parking lot I noticed a young gentleman form the hotel checking to see if each door, trunk, and hatch was locked on every car.

I left my EarPods charging up. Forgot them. No one even has answered me. My son lives close by and could have picked them up.

I never got to see the rooftop pool and bar. It was rainy and cool but I was told I could see but it was locked.

Very loud noises coming from air ducts at night. Toxic smell in the hallway and elevators- they are renovating.

Construction right outside our window. The noise from traffic and construction was a little annoying. Large as the room was even with the kitchenette, there is nowhere to eat other than the desk and one chair.

The location overlooks the river. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. Although it was chilly outside, they had a fire pit and heaters around the sitting area. The room size was great with a kitchenette; full size refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes. I loved the fact that the room had a ceiling fan with a remote. Front desk staff was friendly and informative about events that took place in the area.

The breakfast was good, the hotel is nice in general but we brought our pet and when we made the reservation, it was not specified that pets were allowed under a 75 dollar fee. We were only informed of this when we arrived and checked in. When we tried to ask for an explanation as to why the pet fee isn’t mentioned in the booking, the front desk employee was not helpful and had an awful attitude saying that he couldn’t do anything about it that we just had to pay. It was not a nice experience to be greeted like that and to have surprise fees like that even for a one night stay.
