Pool not open; only two elevators.

Nice breakfast, very clean and eco-friendly room. Free wifi and cable was a big plus. The kitchen was very modernized and the bathroom/shower was very clean. Location was next to shopping plaza, was able to walk to the grocery store.

Some water damage downstairs with wallpaper hanging off- a bit of an eye sore, as it’s right by the main elevator before we went to our room…however after getting to our room it was very net and tidy.

Mattress was hard and pillows were old and uncomfortable. Difficult to follow Franconia ave to hotel parking lot. (GPS kept getting confused).

Parking spaces are tight. The shower door didn’t close and there was a hot water issue during my stay that made me pack up and change rooms . Later there was a major water leak in several of the common areas probably all related but didn’t adversely impact my comfort and their team was right on it fixing the problem.

Wonderfully large room with a table/desk on wheels, free WIFI, excellent breakfast and very attentive staff. They put a vase of flowers in my room with a card when I told them my mom had died. Maintenance was quick to respond to issues and nice guys.

Minor inconvienence with 1 elevator being broken....stuff happens no big deal of reason not to stay here. Hotels seem so dead after the pandemic, the bar area never had anyone in it. Again not their fault.

location was great for us, we grabbed the Metro at the Springfield station just minutes away. Close to plenty of food choices. Rooms we're nice, being a Suites you've got your kitchen/living room section and your deperate bedroom/bath. They were clean and the staff was friendly, we unfortunately hit the weekend with 1 elevator bring down...so wait times were longer. But who should be in a hurry while staying in a hotel.

I thought that they had a pool only to be told they had no pool for years. They still had a picture of the indoor pool when I booked the room with the thought it will be available. Also, no help with utilizing the printer, no computer to use had to use my phone and print which it did not work so I had to go to FedEx. Fix the pool and add the computers back with the ability to print it will be a 5.

Breakfast was great I loved the options of a hot breakfast. One of the best orange juice, I ever had for a hotel it was fresh.

no hot water in shower. we were there 4 nights and could only get a lukewarm shower, not ideal in December. mattresses are old and some pillows are down/feathers, not good for those with allergies.

the breakfast and breakfast area were spacious and ample. weekdays is only 6-9am however. rooms are very large which is a big bonus. Full size fridge and dishwasher.

they overcharge your credit card with the amount of money that is not included in your reservation. let's say the room will cost you 900, why do you charge me for 1190? if you already not providing any serving amenities such as a spa or restaurant within the premises? and the box excuse is there “it is a security deposit it will be back into your account after 7 working days lol I don't want it after 7 days. take what we agreed upon when I made the booking and you already have and in case of anything happens take it from my credit card

The pool was closed for maintenance and the website didn't indicate it. This was one of the main features that I needed for my autistic grandson. Wallpaper in bathroom needed repair.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. It was quite.

The room cleanliness could have been a little better. Don't know if it is caused by only getting periodic cleaning. Didn't like to have to put trash outside the room to get collected. Didn't like to have to get fresh towels and put old ones outside the room. Didn't like seeing other people's trash & dirty linen outside in the hallways. Didn't like the no-refund policy. Will be looking into alternatives next time to reduce the risk.

The breakfast was very good. One of the reasons we would stay here. The people are very friendly.

You advertise pet friendly. The desk staff nor the Bookings.com site mentions an additional $79. fee for a small 10lb dog. The room was about $169 this represents more than a 50% increase. You gotta be kidding. If I was made aware of this I would not have booked, which is probably why I wasn't made aware till I saw my charge bill. This charge did not appear till after I left the hotel.

It was ok but the restaurant staff were beyond unfriendly and bordering on hostile. I am white but she was equally hostile to the black folks.

seemed to be an emergency response at least once/day; advise guests of construction & how to get across the street to the gas station without walking way out of the way. also we had some difficulty having our room keys made & had to wait quite awhile for those.

decor; lots of room in the room itself; I’m glad there was breakfast, including a microwave to reheat the food (which was cold despite the heating trays)

When we return in the next month I would ask for a room not on the street side. We have stayed on the mall side and it is quieter. It would be nice if a barn door was placed on the bathroom wall so you could use the sink area while others slept. But we have frequented this hotel often so neither of these issues would stop us from continuing to come

The room sizes are excellent, We enjoy a separate bedroom where one an stay up late and watch TV in the living room and not disturb the other. Very Clean. Good breakfast.
