Almost too much chlorine in pool and hot tub. Crack in shower floor of our room and fire sprinkler was falling out of ceiling. Mere formalities of disfunction but may need to have fixed before bigger issue but didn’t effect stay.

The water pressure was poor in the shower. And the water didn't stay hot long. That's my only complaint.

The location near the lake was safe and well lit. It was great to walk my dogs there! Also, I have an EV and the charger made my stay so convenient. I'd recommend this location to others.

I loved the size of the room and having the sofa bed allowed us to have our son stay with us. We were visiting him while he is at tech school at Sheppard Air Force Base. It allowed us to spend a lot of time with him. This hotel was so very clean and the staff were great. I definitely will stay here again when in the area. The breakfast was great and they offered different things every morning. The beds were very comfortable.

Surprised by the dog fee, $50 for one medium sized dog seems excessive. Their charge is double the price Best Western hotels charge. Our room needed a few basic cosmetic repairs but the room was comfortable.

Decent breakfast with good choices. Dog friendly. Adjacent to a nice park for dogs and exercise. Quiet hotel, close to restaurants and easy access to the university and freeways.

The bed was as hard as a rock and there was a live cricket hopping around in our shower.

I didn't like that the bedsheets seemed to be reused. They looked slept on when I turned the bed back. Also, I thought the mattress was bad initially, but it was the bedsheets. They.came off of the mattress while we were sleeping and bunched up under us. Not cool. And, the shower floor was wavy. I thought I was going to fall through the floor. It snapped, crackled, and popped. Someone from management should stand in it and move around.

I liked the friendly staff, the large room, the mini kitchen, and the ceiling fan.

You shouldn’t have to ask and wait for a sheet set for a hide a bed especially when you book for 6 people, 2 of which have to use that bed. Pool water is an ice bucket, needs to be heated a bit

There isn't anything I didn't like. Not one thing can I think of. Maybe the swimming pool, but that is just the area of Texas.

We cooked our own breakfast. That is what this hotel is good for. The ability to cook breakfast. When you get up late, sometimes breakfast is over out in the towns. I really like this hotel. Ceiling fan is awesome. I think from now on this is basically the type of hotel I will look for. My husband does better when he can fix his own meal in the morning. I like the fridge also. Great for my water I carry.

Very nice hotel with big rooms, and large public spaces . It was very quiet. Great breakfast , plus lots of restaurants and some bars very close by that we walked to. A very nice place to stay.

Pool water states its heated and def is not. We stayed in hot tube because pool was to cold.

I liked the little lake and park across from hotel within walking distance. Perfect place for family with little kids. Beds were comfy and room was spacious!

the room needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom cleaned. the pool was freezing at 73 degrees. should be between 78 and 82. uncomfortable and not good for kids or older guests.

We could hear noise from the 2nd floor. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable. king sized bed is ok. Location is kinda far from the freeway.

I like that there's a separate room from the living room. It has also a little kitchen to warm left overs lol. Breakfast is very good. It has lots of choices.
