The hotel was the worst part of my trip; very dirty showerhead, hair all over the bathroom, rude staff that claimed they could not remember me complaining about the improperly cleaned room and used condom on the floor in my bathroom, they adamantly refused to give me a partial refund, there were multiple residents blatantly doing drug deals, and several people at or coming from the hotel attempted to get me into their cars by insisting I get in despite me telling them no. One resident followed me halfway to my room in an attempt to convince me to give him my number and became vulgar when I continued to refuse, even saying "I'm not going to leave you alone" when I told him that I want to be left alone.

Dirty, smelly (marijuana and cigarettes) sheets and pillows. Outlets without cover, missing mirrors and No pictures on the wall. Scary due to drug activity and yelling outside all night.

That the fact is that they're trying to charge me a $20 early check-in fee for a room I'm already checked into my reservation was for last night I'm trying to renew today I'm having a problem the regular rate is $85 but he wants us to pay $105 but can't explain to us why we're paying an early check-in fee for somewhere we're already checked in they're trying to scale people out of their money the rooms amenities say it comes with refrigerators and microwaves I was just told I would be charged for a microwave my room doesn't have one every other room does no one else is being charged separately for a microwave

Front door did not lock completely + had big gap, welcoming roaches. Room was not clean. Hair dryer not working and could not be replaced, Bathroom door not closing. Window curtain torn; holes in SEVERAL places (lack of privacy). Out of the two lamps (by beds), one was missing its bulb. No phone; no wake-up call. Rare plugs. Not that I would put clothes in closet but this door had been smashed. The hotel advertised free breakfast but there was none, not even coffee.

Location and reasonable cost. Bed linens were clean. Parking available.

The Indian front desk attendant with the nasty attitude and why she still there is unknown to me when she had a whole front office full of customers angry and upset with how she treats people if it wasn't for her this would be a great place to stay

The fact that I was lied to my the front desk attendant and was told I couldn't extend my stay with no reason she tried to put it on management I asked for management she told me no she not available but yet she said she called and was told by an employee that my room wasn't supposed to be checked out she works Sunday and Monday morning

Some employees need to be fired their rude and very disrespectful I was asked to check out for no reason at all I had only been there 2 days no problems I very rarely came outside just to get food and pay rent I asked the front desk attendant she got rude and nasty and would not allow me to speak with management she said the manager said no extension but she's never met me I've never met her I don't have any problems no traffic no anything all the drug dealers and addicts that they have running around here they can't control so if you put me by a room where everybody sits on the stairs how could you make that my fault I'm not sure what's going on is it discrimination or what up here at this hotel but at the same time there was no reason for her to tell me that I can extend my place because of whatever reason I was never given one I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here at this hotel if you're black just being honest we're the only ones have problems not the Latino's not the Asians not the Indians only the black people then on top of that I asked for towels and rags for my room and tissue they told me I had to get my whole room cleaned in order to receive towels and tissue after I've paid $100 for this room which is not worth it no kind of way
