Valet staff was awful and unprofessional. When we pulled up, the lady just stood there, never spoke, didn't motion us to move forward, and never did valet us. We had to get out of the vehicle and ask if anyone was going to valet us. They no longer have all of the shopping that used to be on the property.

Rooms were spacious, decorated sufficiently, quiet. Bathrooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable and front desk staff were excellent!

Our room wasn't ready even though it was after 4 which led to us not having the premium room with the river view. Especially didn't like that the fountain no longer works. It was the one thing that kept us coming back. Repair it, please!

The restaurants on site are a plus. Staff is very friendly.

Non smoking room stunk of cigarettes. Moved to another room. Better but still had a lingering cigarette smell. Charged us a Resort Fee of $19.62. When I asked what I got in return for that fee the desk clerk replied, “use of the pool, but it’s still closed for the winter, free wifi (which most hotels include for free). I asked, “how about breakfast or dinner vouchers or discount coupons?” NOPE. Just pure cash in the owner’s pocket.

I don't understand the resort fee. We didn't have anything extra that a hotel would have. The lady checking us in didn't explain it. Just said, "it'd there is small writing".

I liked the workers. Most of them were really nice and helpful. Mainly security, casino, and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious.

They were not friendly at checkout

We had good experiences the two times we ate at the Burger Bar. Our waitresses were great. The kitchen did not follow directions very well. The maintenance staff was friendly and changing the filters.

Negative reviews had put us off so we shortened our stay to one night. MISTAKE! Room was GREAT! Beds comfy. Bathroom with big tub and plenty hot water were great. High floor low noise. Coffee maker and fridge.

We could hear traffic noise since hotel is close to interstate.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. A great variety of restaurants to choose from. We ate at the Burger Bar, food was good. Easy check-in but need to be careful of you want to check-in early they charge extra for that service. We enjoyed our stay!

The casino was really small in comparison to the size of the hotel. There is only a handful of games available.

The hotel staff was amazing, especially the 2 bar tenders in the steakhouse and the front desk staff.

We stayed on the 12th floor. As soon as we arrived to that floor, it reaked of cannabis, we reported that to Ivy our conceirge & it did improve greatly by Saturday afternoon, but on Sunday as we were leaving it was back again. We reserved a Luxury king, smoking room. Only 3 pillows on the bed initially, no red bedspread as seen visually on pictures. No hot water available for shower or bath. The water wasnt cold just warm. It was hotter from the sink faucets. The decor such as lamps, door knobs were very tarnished. I expected better since this hotel is part of the Ceasar Group. The door hinge that bolts door from inside was worn out, screws were loose. I had to put a towel on it to secure door at night. No coffee maker or microwave.

We did have a fridge.

By far, one of the cleanest casinos around. No peeling wall paper. No raggedy, best up furniture. The beds were comfortable as well.
