I did not like that the smoke detector went off at 3:30 in the morning because of someone upstairs cooking in the middle of the night and the sirens going off had fire trucks and police there but at least there wasn't anything real serious going on so that was great they seem to get everything under control quickly did not receive towels one day but simply asked for them downstairs and they were given to us right away all in all a great stay

The carpet in our room was clean the beds were comfortable the floors were clean in the bathroom everything looked decent and in order good room the staff were very friendly really enjoyed the young lady who work the night shift very pleasant to speak with was very helpful the breakfast was okay the location is pretty good getting ready to build a car wash next door did not seem to interfere with the visit

Staff was rude. Watched her argue with multiple people trying to check in!! Waiting over an hour after check in to have room ready. Once in room, my son took a cold shower. Called down, lady said we are busy I will have someone check it. Left for dinner no one checked it!!! I also took a cold shower!!!

The mattresses were very soft and/or worn out. On our floor, there definitely seemed to be rooms occupied not by guests, but by longer-term tenants. The complimentary breakfast was among the sparsest and most pre-packaged of anywhere I've ever stayed.

Our room was clean. Our pet was allowed and welcome. Overall, there was nothing remarkable about the location or the amenities.

The Front desk Woman was disinterested in checking us in, the woman that was there was on the verge of leaving for a shift change. We had just gotten out of the car from Florida, she rudely told us that check in was at 3pm, my reply was it is 2:50, by the time your done it will be 3:00. No way I would have ever stayed after that if we were not so tired. The woman that set up breakfast in the lobby was also struck with a look on her face that had a number of guests uncomfortable. Some people do not need to work in customer service.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was convenient. The hotel outside looks like it was tired we were happier to see the lobby was clean and more modern. The room was at the end of the hall and was quiet. Our room was a pleasant and clean efficiency unit. The man that cleans the common areas was very nice and friendly an asset.

The front desk was know help at all I am diabetic so I bring my own food but I couldn't cook it because the stove in my room was not working so I went by the front desk and reported it know one come to fix it I have to buy food everyday outside it cost me $200 to buy food

had a few issues with one of the ladies at the desk about a confusing of me being charged for two nights, when i only paid for one night, but i was charged for two nights, so be careful make sure you check your bank statements, after going back and forth she checked me in a king room no charge since i was already charged for two nights.

it’s near restaurants, also a mcdonald’s down the street and next to a bus stop, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable

Not told part of hotel where we were staying was under renovation - very dirty and poor facilities and room accessories operation (AC and refrigerator poorly functioning) and breakfast was meager.

Location was nicely centralized to key highways, shopping areas and Philadelphia.

Our room was a little dirty. The shower was not the cleanest. We had to walk through a construction area in order to get to our room which we were not warned about ahead of time. The person at the front desk was unpleasant but her name tag said she worked in housekeeping so she probably doesn’t do check ins all the time.

I liked the complementary breakfast. It was nice to see that the hotel was making improvements, just wished I stayed there after those improvements were done.

If it was what they advertised would have been better the side I was on was literally under construction, drywall, tarps on floor.. Unbelievable It was disgusting horrible! Waste of money! Blood on carpets, not vacuumed, dirty bathroom no hot water tried 2 rooms both same results, trash not emptyed air vent in bathroom didn't work or button on air conditioner, table had some type substance on it never cleaned. Used coffee filter in machine. It was just horrible!!

The hallway of our room was under construction. We were never informed that there would be construction. There were stains in the bathroom and on the carpet. There was a dog barking down the hall. We weren't greeted, nor accepted: we were begrudgingly admitted by the concierge desk, who questioned whether we even had a reservation.

There was not much to like. I suppose the price was lower than many other places in the area, but I would have rather paid just a bit more rather than be subjected to poor hospitality at a place whose sole role is to be hospitable.
