The third room with twins is tiny.

The condo was comfortable however it could use some updated furniture in the living room. We did feel a bit rushed to check out by 10am. Also the 15th floor is not the “penthouse” floor, which makes the description misleading. There is a floor 16 and PH button in the elevator.

The view was amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. Effortless check in/checkout process.

The door does not have a chain on it, no way to secure it at night. Furniture is starting to show its wear. Had only Adirondack chairs on both balconies and that kind of chair is never comfortable. Also advertised as a penthouse but we had 2 floors above us and elevator showed PH as top button, so I cannot cross staying in a penthouse off my bucket list yet.

The view, how clean it was, nice towels and linens. Pillows were perfect. I would recommend this place to a friend and I would stay here again.

The dryer didn't work, I tried to clean all the towels and it took almost 8 hours to dry 5-7 towels.

Very quiet, the apartment was clean . the hot tubes were very nice we loved the pool . it was far enough that it wasn’t to busy but close enough to walk

Pool closes at 9pm in summer time i can see that being a problem with kids bc its just getting dark at that time they should at least make it till 11pm.

It was right on beach and our room had 2 beautiful balconys and i can lay in bed or sit in couch and see the ocean!! And place was very clean and equipped with everything you will need.

Air conditioner wouldn’t regulate. Not extremely clean. It seemed as though the floor was mopped with bleach solution without vacuuming first. The floor was sandy. The bleach smell smacked us in the face when we opened the door. Corners not clean. Refrigerator door handle was broken. No third bathroom as advertised. Pictures on your website are very misleading. The bedroom with twin beds is not a bedroom. No closet and just big enough for the beds and a very small dresser crammed in between them. I’m sure that room was never meant to be a bedroom. The clothes dryer is not working properly. Will not completely dry the clothes. The view from the balconies was nice.

Drapes are missing hooks and sagging, Floors dirty and a lot of sand still on them, No closet in the second bedroom for clothes, bed in second bedroom center supports broke and headboard coming apart, the dryer would not dry clothes could not do laundry. the resort staff was completely no help at all seeing the unit was privately owned which I had no idea about that. The back of the bar stool was loose and needed new screws. Basically, the unit needs a lot of upkeep that it has not received in a while. The owner must be to busy collecting money for rent.

A little confusion on getting into room. Instructions were sent to home phone while we were on way to beach. Next time I will give our cell phone number instead of my home phone number.

Not much to dislike. At the time they were replacing their boardwalk to the beach so you had to walk to the other side of the building, although I did NOT find it inconvenient. It was the same distance just on the other side of the building.

The cleanliness of the apartment, and the view are the top two things to boast about here. Two private balconies, and enough space for teenagers to stay out of each others hair.
