We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location was good. We were able to experience the solar eclipse totality in their back patio area - which was great! Staff were really good.

United States of AmericaA lot of common areas need a deep clean, air vents, carpets, etc. There were a lot of little repairs that needed to be addressed. The most frustrating was that many of the key card readers didn't work properly. Overall, it did the job, but it wasn't worth the price.
Kids had a great time at the pool. Rooms were large.

The breakfast was great. The bed and room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I love that there was a pet backyard. I love the laundry access. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom in the 2 bedroompart of our suite had problems with the tub draining. Extremely slow. Same problem with drain in the sink. Really need to staff properly on weekends when facility is majorly booked. Check -in is almost impossible for 1 person to handle. Personnel on desk was extremely friendly and competent, but when an issue arose, it backed everybody up. Check-ins, room guests, etc. Floor lamp in living area did not work.
Love the breakfast and the employees are friendly and helpful.

More staffing is needed for check-in on largely booked weekends. Desk person was exceptionally friendly and helpful, but she can only do so much.

United States of AmericaThe pet fee at $75 assessment is much too expense for one night. We didn’t have a pet on our stay in August but will have a 4 year old Corgi on our return trip. .Therefore we can’t justify booking another stay on our return to Texas in September.

United States of AmericaThe pet deposit of $75 is ridiculous! The LaQuinta Inn charges $25! If we were on more of a fixed income there is no way we could stay at this hotel!
The clerk at the front desk upon check-in was exceptional. She went over and beyond to make us happy and she had a lovely voice and demeaner. There were no carts at the front and she went and found one and brought it to us at our car while we were unloading.

United States of AmericaThe Parking was terrible on Friday night. We went to an event on our last night at the hotel. We got back to the hotel late to find no parking spaces. I talk with the manager on duty after waiting 45 minutes for him to return. He must have been having a bad night. I am not going to argue, so we when to bed. I told them when I made the reservation that I am allergic to cats and dogs and I got up the next morning itching with a rash and trouble breathing.
The room was very nice, and f the staff was friendly. It was peaceful and quiet. We were able to rest quite. I loved being able to cook in the room. I think I will stay with Staybridge.
