We did not like the service when we first arrived. I had called and made arrangements to check in at 2 o'clock and was told no problem. But when we got there we were told no early check ins. We had a wedding to attend in the afternoon and needed to check in before the wedding. The room only had 1 lamp, the plug for the other lamp was completely cut off. The door safety latch was missing. Not satisfied with the stay at all. We would not recommend this place to anyone, in fact we feel we should be refunded for our stay.

The room had no place to hang anything. The door was not secure. The lock was broken off. And you could see a gap around the door..I was planning to tell my wedding guests to stay there. But not now.

The clerk at reception was pretty rude; you can only pay cash for the snacks they do have; his answer is drive down the street to the gas station if you don't like it. You cannot go out to your vehicle to get anything; they lock the doors and no one is at the desk to let you back in. Most hotels have the sliding card lock so you can come and go. We are not in a prison or should have a curfew that you cannot get back in the building that you have paid for. Overall poor experience!

Better price for the stay. It was double what it should have been. Butbit was late. And I was tired. So I paid .

It was overpriced for what it was. 145 a night when I havevstayed in 2 times better for 89 a night . Must have been the location. But there was nothing around it to warrent a higher price .

Vending machine was out of water and coin return didn't work. Tried to get Dr. Pepper instead but I got a diet Coke! Power outlet was hanging out of the wall and only 1 socket worked. Handle on desk drawer pulled right off. Should have wifi password printed on card in room. Got in late and office was closed so could not access wifi.

I got a good night's sleep.

Filthy bathroom sink - drain filled with hair - I cleaned it because it would not drain otherwise - stove gas bibs were so rusted that I was afraid to light the stove - fridge top shelves were fine but bottom shelf froze my cut fruit dessert - parking close to the building had room for 4 cars - the rest had to park in a separate lot - not a problem when you're actually just going into the building, but a major problem if you're unloading or checking out and reloading

Staff was great but VERY overpriced considering there is no updating and felt very old motel like.

Room was not clean. Shower had wet facecloth in it when we got there. Key cards for room stopped working twice. AC didn't work correctly. A baggie was taped to the smoke detector for some reason?? Strange smell throughout hallways with some type of air freshener covering it up. We were in the back building that was actually pretty quiet.

It was quiet. Guess you get what you pay for.

Seeing as I appreciated the hospitality so much, it’s hard to write about the problems, but I must do so. The telephone cord was broken; it didn’t remain in the handset. There were cherry pits on the kitchenette sink drain; the kitchenette contained no cooking equipment - no dining utensils, no plates, cups, nada.; a table in the room collapsed entirely when I placed something on it; the shower fixture was broken - water came out, but the water volume adjustment lever did nothing. I can’t say I didn’t have a restful night, which is the chief priority, but they shouldn’t be charging that kind of money for this quality of service.

The host’s hospitable disposition touched me. He enthusiastically responded to my request for a handicap equipped room( I’m an amputee). The bed was comfortable. Electricity was available. WiFi was adequate.

When we first arrived, the room they gave us was not cleaned. They fixed the issue by giving us a different room, which was wonderful of them. During the night when my husband would go out to smoke cigarettes, he was offered drugs and women for a good time. When we were leaving in the morning, there was a couple baggys with white substance in them by the door, and a couple small, what looked like bloody cotton pieces. The bed had what appeared to be dog hair all over it. I assume that i due to the washing machines most likely having dog hair in them, because the bedding was over all clean.

The location is in the middle of worcester and providence right on 146. The room was clean, wifi was great, and all appliances worked. The location was quiet, even with people outside.

I understand I picked one smoking and one none smoking but the bed sheets had burnt holes in them the none smoking room smelled so bad I had to buy fresheners I also had to buy towels cause theirs where stained and dirty I was not happy at all

This was most likely the worst property and hotel/motel experience I have ever had. I would actually love to have the $121.47 payment made refunded since I actually had to sleep in my vehicle for the night. There were two active police cars patrolling all night, people in the hallways clearly having smoked dope, Noise from the room upstairs from 6 PM to the next morning -- hence the reason to move to my truck and sleep there. And then -- dogs barking, car alarms going off... and did I mention the two active police cars constantly patrollling the property all night since I saw them when I got in and out of my truck repeatedly all night. This is horrible to the point I plan to write the corporate office. Should be closed
