There was nothing that I didn't like.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. However, I wish there had been more fresh fruit offered for the breakfast buffet.

There was hair on the sink an the bed in the room. There was a very long hair on the towels.

There was a super stench when I walked in and they switched my rooms a couple times and it was just annoying .

My husband had issues with the bed being uncomfortable for his back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, and the person who restocked the breakfast the two days we were there and last time we were there does a great job keeping it stocked and always has a smile, even when it is exceptionally busy.

Even though we are able to bring in our own food and whatnot, we are not allowed to bring our free breakfast to the comfort of our own rooms. This is very disappointing which is why I only gave 9 stars.

Very clean bathrooms, and bedrooms. The free breakfast was also very good. The pool and hot tub were very nicely kept. Overall my family and I had a very good experience with our stay.

In the room above us it sounded like a heard of elephants throughout the day and night. And as a handicapped accessible room the bed should be lowered So that we can get in the bed without assistance from our significant others. Also the schedule for the Pool is difficult with so many others

TV did not work consistently. Seating in breakfast area was poorly arranged making it difficult to access food and get to my table. Instead of several large tables(Seating 6) more smaller tables ( for 2 or 4) would be better.

Spacious room, clean, very comfortable firm beds. Friendly staff. Parking lot was clear of snow. Nearby expressway and dining options.

They couldn't find my reservation from booking. The young man at the front desk handled my situation with such passion, patience and profession.

The hotel was very welcoming. It was nicely decorated for the holidays. Our room was nice and clean. The lady that serves the breakfast kept it well stocked. She kept it clean and kept replacing the utensils which was a big 👍. The young man at the front desk was very patient and nice.

There was very noticeable road noise from the trucks on I94. Ask for room on the west side of hotel as far from the road as possible!

bathroom door stuck when closed, had a hard time getting out so had to leave it open when we used it, very uncomfortable. Huge gap between door to room & the floor.

The TV selection could have been better and easier to navigate with the remote, but that's about it!

If the Metra transportation was better organized, we could have gotten there earlier and had more time spent at this lovely hotel! We needed to recharge our batteries physically & emotionally but were robbed of the opportunity to do so for the maximum amount of time due to the horribly scheduling of the trains coming in from Chicago! And the poorly listed travel times & inconsistency provided info made worse by the holiday! This, of course, was not the fault of the hotel company!

Air Conditioner not adequate. Too hot in my room, although I turned the temp down all the way to 61, it never got cooler than 70

Everything was fine. There wasn't anything we had issues with.

The location was great, not too far from Milwaukee and Chicago. Lake Michigan was close. A lot of things to do in Kenosha.
