The hotel was under construction. I had chosen the hotel for pool and spa. This was closed for construction. I should have been made aware of this.

Lack of pillows, A/C did not work, fridge smelled like rotten food, could tell they hadn't cleaned the edges of the carpet or bathroom floors or walls in a long time. Breakfast area had cereal spilled all over and same warm juice was sitting out from the prior night. You get what you get with the price but really it should be cheaper. Dance competition in town so they knew they could get what they charge. Smells like old cigarette smoke.

Beds were comfortable and enough blankets.

There were several flies in the room. Sink drain was broken. Was not impressed that the maid knocked on our door 15 minutes before checkout to let us know we needed to leave.

Being lied to from staff on check in. The difficulty on changing way of payment on arrival. Attendant becoming angry and defensive when questioned or pointing out the lies. Refused to use alternate card. Stated swiped card twice. Did not swipe card at all. Computer stated to swipe card but refused.

We got kicked in bathroom after our shower and had to call front desk for help. Upon arrival they explained that we should have used cars to slide it like we should have known to bring our room key in bathroom luckily had a phone. This has happened clearly before and no attempt to fix or warn anyone. As we stood in our towels the man lingered in our room chatty awkwardly.

The room was dirty and smelled musty, damp and of mildew. The carpet was damp and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls everywhere. The hot tub near the pool smelled like body odor, like a bunch of dirty people soaked in it after working outside on a 100 degree day. There was foam on top of the water that was visibly dirty. The whole place was gross.

There was a refrigerator in the room and a large tv.

First room they gave us was still being used. 2nd room that we got was clean but no outlets worked to charge your phone. Toilet not bolted down. Unable to open or shut down entering or existing until you ran the key card. Smelt like smoke. Dog poop on the sidewalks, dogs barking at people in the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is located close to but not on the main road and is near businesses that a traveler needs. The room was clean and comfortable as were the common areas.

The place was so nasty. It had dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom upon arrival. There were crickets dead and laying all over the floor in the pool area. There was chewing tobacco someone split on the wall that a ran down and was laying on the floor.

The whole place smelled strongly of curry. The pool and hot tub were very dirty and looked non functional. Blankets had hair on them and the bed skirt had a very suspicious white stain on it, if you know what I mean. Coffee was gone at 6:45am. Tub floor was very dirty or stained. There was no elevator for my elderly parents. Had to lug heavy luggage up two flights of stairs.

The location was convenient. The price was low but should have been lower. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
