Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Was very poor. Breakfast started over 15 minutes late and there's only a small amount of food and The assortment was minimal. This by far was my greatest disappointment. Also there was not enough shampoo and soap in the room to satisfy our needs. Also very limited amount of towels were provided in the room. Also TV in room was very blurry and often station signal was lost.
Can't say there's anything that really stood out that I liked.

Room maintenance was very poor. Lampshade ripped, knobs missing on dresser with screws showing, black streaks on bath mat and bath towels, windows filthy both inside .
Breakfast was poor - bad coffee, waffle iron not working properly

The price. 4 nights cost me the same as 10 days at airbnb
Didn't eat breakfast. I found an airbnb for a better price. Cleaner and better amenities. For a 3rd of the price. I asked for a weekly price, but it was the same price as daily. Hotels are getting out priced by airbnb. If I can help it I will look for airbnb before a hotel

Says continental breakfast there was some cereal couple pieces of bread and a couple bagels no cups for coffee then when you ask for one she just got angry.

The size of the room, staff customer service skills, the smell of the place was not so good and breakfast was awful.
Dissatisfied with the breakfast, it was not good. The room was small, not enough towels, the mattress kept sliding off the hand made rails, and the hall and the room had a funny order.the staff was ok but not much customer services especially with the women.

The staff could be a bit nicer and not so rude. I paid for this room because breakfast was included only to find the next morning NO BREAKFAST was offered.
It was clean and housekeeper was fabulous.

Room was clean enough. There wasn't a real bedframe and the couch had several stains. Bathtub and shower had several stains and the hairdryer did not work. Staff was cordial but not kind. We were surprised to see there was a $100 deposit upon check in.

Smallest bathroom I ever seen. Poor drywall patches everywhere. Microwave did not work. Dirty fridge face. Toilet was not completely cleaned. Cigarette hole in the blanket. It just felt dirty.

Not very welcoming staff. Also house keeping woke us up two times before our check out time. Knocked at the door at 8am the first time. Just let us sleep man... Rooms are not that fresh either. Old and a little smelly. But it works for just sleeping.

Not the cleanest, maybe under construction.. No coffee in room. Old AC which smelled.
Decent rate for a quick sleepover. Rooms have been redone. Close to businesses.

When I arrived the staff was conversing with each other in a language I didn’t understand and when the the lady addressed me she used minimal words and didn’t seem to be fluent in English. I just didn’t feel like I was able to communicate well with the staff and they didn’t seem interested in speaking to me at all. I had prepaid for the room and would have liked to confirm the price, but they didn’t give me a receipt and the next morning there was no staff at the desk, only a dropbox for my room key. For all I know they could have charged me extra.
The Inn was easy to find and right off the highway. Breakfast was good. They had good options.

There were no accessible working outlets to plug my phone into. Several channels on the TV were frozen.
It was close to the Interstate. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
