Tv not near sitting area, had to sit on beds to watch tv. Hair dryer barely hanging on the wall, thought it was going to fall off when I tried to use it. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to go out for breakfast. Good hotel for one night passing thru.

If there is an elevator it could be a lot comfortable, also the toilet was not stable. It was reported but no action was taken.

Breakfast was good. Just normal with waffles, cereal, milk and juice. Nice quiet and clean. Staff was friendly, greeted us each time. Room was good, clean no issues beds were comfortable. Bathroom a little small but I am a bigger person so it was it is there.

Hotel was in the midst of re painting and there was some dust and smell associated with that. The carpet in the common areas was old and in desperate need of replacement. Also there is no elevator.

Lots of minor problems with room—refrigerator wobbled, bathroom mirror had a haze/film, towel hook behind door was loose, electric plug on tabletop lamp base was loose.

The hotel is outdated, and rooms need some updating, but it looked like they were working on it. Felt like we were getting kicked out by housekeeping. We hadn't checked out yet and had over an hour before check out, and they were knocking on our door.

It was under construction. So very dirty and the carpet in our room had plaster all over it and I had not been vacuumed or dusted. Definitely due for an update.

The room had cob webs and was in need of renovations. There was a picture missing from the wall. There were hooks where it once hung. The bathroom vanity looked like it might fall down. The bathroom was not very clean. I had to ask for more Kleenexes and I had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch.

The pool area was nice. The breakfast was good. Location was good.

Breakfast was not great. Very little choice and no healthy options. The hotel need a few updates. The carpeting and the railings need to be replaced. If someone fell on the railings the would go over. They were very wobbly.

Without too much detail, our room wasn't as clean as we've liked to have seen... BUT, the front desk gal that was working (Dec. 30, 2023 at around 9:30AM) saved everything! She was absolutely amazing and helpful. She (I wish I'd have gotten her name) was very friendly, listened and addressed our concerns in a very professional way. SHE IS THE WHOLE REASON THIS ISN'T A TERRIBLE REVIEW. If more places had people like her, the whole industry would be better off. She really deserves some recognition for her outstanding performace as a staff memeber!! Because of her and how she handled the situation, we would likely stay there again. GOOD JOB!!!

Mirrors, taps splattered. Fridge was frozen and there was some orange/red "spill" in the ice so it had been like that for a while and not noted by staff. Fan in bathroom didn't work. TV didn't work at first-HDMI to TV input. Called desk and they had an answer right away. If this is a common issue there should be a note by the tv so one wouldn't need to call the desk. Most stations froze. 2 floors, no elevator that I saw. Sink in bathroom-can't have 2 people get ready at the same time. Breakfast was cereal, mini-donuts/muffins, bread/bagel, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, juice/coffee. Watery batter. Didn't make good waffles. Only 1 waffle maker so at approximately 4 minutes per waffle, if a family of 4 got in just ahead of you you might be waiting 20-30 minutes to get your waffle-even longer if a bus load got ahead of you. Razor blade form previous guest found in room. Cold "heated" pool.

Wardrobe for jackets instead of the typical exposed closet by the door. Bathroom redone recently. Key cards worked. Pets allowed (except for cats, apparently). Wide staircase. wooden spindles. Friendly staff. Lots of windows in breakfast area.

The room seemed a little worn down, the sleeping couch that was there for a third person had stains on it and we needed to ask for extra sheets and a blanket even though we had booked for three.

The receptionist was kind and helpful and the breakfast was fine, typical continental breakfast.

The shower faucet didn't turn off. There was a steady stream of water coming out. The fridge had a giant ice block where the little freezer compartment was so the door didn't close. The lamp shade next to the bed has seen better days. The inside lining was cracked and missing pieces, and some fabric on the outside was hanging off. There was no clock in the room

The bathtub in our room was stained, and the plug for the bathtub was broken, and was left on the side of the tub. I did not feel that I could have a bath because of this. The shower head could be larger.

The breakfast was great! Nice variety of foods. The breakfast room was very nice. I liked that there was a variety of strengths for the coffee, I liked the strong version, it had a nice robust flavour.

The TV in room was old, not HD. Hard to watch TV when the stations are in High Definition, but the TV is not. The fridge freezer in room is just a big block of ice, it’s impossible to use.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not impressive.

I did not like that the room service came pretty late in the day, and then didn’t respect us or our things- just came in and started cleaning without asking or anything. Then the second day, they just came in- no knock or anything! I had kids in my room- which made me most nervous, other then that all staff was amazing! The front desk employees were very helpful with any questions we had and very respectful throughout any conversations we had.

I thought what was for breakfast was good, I do wish there was a little more options other then waffles for cooked breakfast. I do like how the location is pretty close to everything in town.
