One front desk staff member could do with brushing up on his people skills training, he was quite abrupt and not very friendly. He managed a good morning but don't think I saw him smile once during our whole stay. VERY noisy and inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms. Standing on balcony shouting, making telephone calls at all hours. Children running around the pool area late at night with no consideration for other guests. The same people/children were taking up several tables at breakfast and not eating breakfast, just sitting and talking so other guests were not able to sit for breakfast. Had to be careful where we walked outside of the room, reception & breakfast room - Duck poop everywhere!!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed and plenty of soft white towels. Breakfast was ok for a quick bite before setting off early. Housekeeping staff very polite and friendly.

The keys didn’t work more often then they worked. There was a short somewear so lights and they flickered on and off. It was a horrible stay!

I didn’t like that the hotel was right next to a phone 5G tower and I had a massive headache just checkin and they refused to reimburse me and I didn’t even get to check in. $125 wasted I ended up driving home 4 hours. Beware of health issues with this tower a few feet from the hotel.

Old hotel with outside entrance to room. Could see light around the door, torn or missing seals. No parking in front of room. Old looking in room, ceiling looked repaired by handyman. Chose not to stay.

we had an interior room by the pool and it was nice. vending machines with food and drinks that worked. plenty of parking. we got to come back and swim at night after the wedding we went to, and no one kicked us out. Would definitely be back.

I paid for 8 days up front. charged my credit card. all good. we decided to leave a day early to go home, very long drive. After we fully paid when we arrived, the owner/manager said there was a $45 charge to leave a day early. WTF. the room was already paid for and I was being honest. I’ll never stay here again. note to any travelers. just put a door hanger for do not disturb and leave it there. I found this rather disturbing. too bad I’ll never be back.

Requested an early check in via website and called in person to verify a noon check in would be available. No problem. Arrive closer to 1pm and met with a very rude and harsh employee with tarantula eyelashes that says no check in til 3? I explained I needed to be on my computer and working before that and was told by another employee it was no problem. Employee became hostile and said they tried to charge my card that morning and it didn't go through? On website it specifically asked if I was paying upfront or at property. WHY they were trying to charge my card before my arrival and without my authorization I never got an answer on?? I told them I'd be paying cash! AND...what was that to do with my online arrangement verified at property by phone? Indian Manager was standing there silently and I inquired who he was. His incoherent babbling was hardly audible. Something about someone in hospital and if I didn't like it go elsewhere?!?!? The whole experience was horrible, property was old and dingy. Looked nothing like the pictures. Smelled like Indian food. When I told him I'd be reporting him to the Corporate Office he agreed to check me in within 20 minutes but he'd be charging me a $75 early check in fee!!! I took pictures and left!! Completely ruined my day! STAY AWAY!!!

pool covered in dead insects and we never seen the filtration system on, the hot tub didn’t work and was dirty. The disabled access to the pool was padlocked. There was a language barrier as The male and 1 female receptionist failed to understand simple questions in English (we are from the UK).

Had really good nights sleep. Wasn’t noisy. Was close to restaurants. Good sized TV in the room . Free Breakfast was ok with decent Variety. Friendly staff in passing. The visiting duck.

The hot tub was not working which was very disappointing, the pool was cold although it said it was supposed to be heated. Breakfast was the same every day so after 6 mornings, we couldn't eat it any more. Staff was not the friendliest at the front desk. The stairs and walk areas were pretty dirty. Cigarettes were laying around on the ground. The neighborhood was a little sketchy...

We liked the fitness area and having our room cleaned every day.
