The entire building was being renovated at the same time, so it was loud and dusty. The door to my room was broken and took at least a dozen attempts to open each time. When I asked the staff for help they seemed to not believe me and asked me if I pushed the door, as though I don't know how a door works. The chair at the desk was broken and had disgusting stains on it.

Not much, really. the bathroom was clean and it had a walk-in shower instead of a tub, so I liked that. There was plenty of parking, probably because it seemed like I was the only guest there.

The staff that attended us in the reception area was not very attentive. We asked him for kitchen utensils since there was nothing in the room to use the kitchen or to eat and he passed us things downstairs according to what we asked for. He was not nice to us and mentioned that he had no coffee or tea, which we knew was included. He was not concerned about our comfort.

The room is spacious, comfortable bed and very well located.

The person before us must have smoked cigarettes and cigars in that room. The smell was so bad it was extremely uncomfortable. Other than the terrible smell the location was a good value for the money.

For the amount that I paid for a 2-night stay ($400+), l expected a lot more from the hotel accommodation. Not very impressive situations: (1) the kitchen utensils (provided at the front desk upon request) was not of good quality. I asked for one (1) ceramic cup so that I could heat up my water in the microwave for my own coffee, the staff gave me a paper cup; (2) breakfast-to-go was as disclosed in the website (coffee, tea, breakfast bars, small muffins).

Bed was comfortable. Bath/Shower were clean and well-kept. Staff is friendly. Wifi is free.

It smells old everywhere. No USB port for charging. A kitchenette with no utensils, no plates, no coffee maker, nothing. Why offer it? Morning coffee that wasn't ready on time, 45 min late.

The kitchen did not contain any dishes, pots, or utensils. The smoke alarm was missing....wires only. The bed was comfortable but slanted so unless you slept on the highest part, you would roll off. Minimal toiletries. Thin towels. The room looked clean but when I spilled water on the vinyl floor, the rag was filthy when I wiped up the spill. Room keys had to be rescanned during the stay since they wouldn't work. I was billed twice for the stay which took some time to fix.

The location was about 13 minutes from the historic district.

First room was dirty bathroom when arrived, door wouldn't lock when we wanted to gout we had to call front desk, we got changed to a new room. The new room was a bit cleaner but bathroom door wouldn't close either. We noticed elevator was very dirty also all days we stayed

Front desk receptionists were very nice and helpful . Location was good also due to all the nearby places. Check in and check out was very quick .

The room was clearly not cleaned very well. There was a lot of dust and grime on light switches, cabinets, and walls. The carpets were heavily stained in some areas. There were visible rings on the tables from previous guest cups. The check-in woman was very unfriendly and gave us zero information about the hotel, including our room number and how to get there. She just handed us a card, and that was all. The website said rooms had cookware, plates, and cutlery, but there was none. Maybe it's upon request only, but I didn't see that mentioned. There were no coffee makers in the rooms, which is the first I've come across, especially with a kitchenette. They didn't say there would be. I'm just noting that's unusual.

The location was close to many points of interest, shopping, etc. The bedding and towels were clean. Plenty of parking.

Hotel was in a port stay to repair. In the bathroom shelves were not completely attached to the wall the door and the floor or not even the door cannot be shut completely. We asked for extra pillows and received one.
