Broke elevator Room needs updating Staff didn’t stock room not even with toilet tissue or soap. Left me stuck in a bad situation until my mate came back from down stairs with our luggage which made us late for dinner and me very very uncomfortable

The first room assigned to us was already occupied, luckily the key didn’t work and was not able to get in, otherwise I would’ve been really upset. Which the room’s occupants obviously were (rightfully so sounded like a woman, and it could’ve been a major security issue). He apologized and assigned a new room, which was fine, except for the toilet didn’t flush. So we asked for a new room, but the only one available was a downsized bed, which was disappointing considering it’s not what I booked, but I was tired and ready to lay down. The room itself is spacious, but very outdated.

Our room did not have a phone in it, we had a noisy neighbor and had to call front desk 3 times. Room not really clean, bathroom mirror had toothpaste on it, Tv had a big smear on it, and floors dirty. The bath light choose when it wanted to work. My daughters room was at end of hallway and people were knocking on her door for some reason.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was barely clean. The "comforter" was literally the thinnest piece of fabric I have ever felt. The floor was disgusting and everything was extremely outdated.

There was a smell in the hotel hallway on the second floor like feet or another body smell. There was also a smell in the room like a nursing home. It may have just been my mind and because I’m not used to sleeping in hotels but I couldn’t seem to find sleep and I felt like something was crawling on me all night.

The location was good due to it being close to where we needed to go. The price was decent for what we got i guess.

Hallways were horrible, hallways have a BAD smell. Some guest were SMOKING Marijuana in hallways. I know Marijuana is almost legal every where but NOT QUITE yet. And if guests are smoking Marijuana than do it in there own smoking room. My wife and I were staying in a Non-smoking room but our room was still getting odor of Marijuana. WE HATE IT. We will probably not stay in this Hotel again.

Very , very dirty . My room smelled of urine everywhere, there was animal fur literally everywhere, the room had not been vacuumed , swept , mopped or dusted in months . The fridge was filthy . The noise from other guests made it impossible to sleep. Very shady guests made me very uncomfortable.

Room was disgusting. I had to ask for cleaning supplies to wipe the counters and bathroom down. The entire hotel smelled bad. Cigarette burns in the room. It was just deplorable. If there had been anything else available in the area I would have been gone after the first night. Ya’ll lucky everything else was booked.

Breakfast was a joke. Coffee was done 30 minutes before it was supposed to be done several days. Staff was unfriendly and abrupt, like it was a bother to help with anything g

Typically for ended stay hotels you get a full suite of kitchen acessories, including plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons. We were provided none of that and had to ask the front counter for them. We didnt, but it was frustrating to know that they were not provided presumably due to theft. Just getting to this hotel was obscene, as there were only 2 ways to access it. Both roads were under construction and completely destroyed so only a dirt and gravel road provided the route. The way most people would be accessing it, would be from the nearby interstate highway, but if you do, you'll quickly find out that the way is blocked off with construction signs and if you proceed further down the gravel road, you'll notice that there is a huge trench, about 50 feet deep, 200 feet wide that prevents access to the hotel. So you have to go around. The room we were given was a corner room and it smelled like instead of using a vacuum, they just spread coconut lotion all over the floor instead. Curtains had difficulty staying closed. Lots of damage to random appliances, chairs, desks. One of our windows the lock was broken and could be opened by anybody. We still kept our valuables in the room, since being in a corner room with a full parking lot is a great deterrent for most criminals due to the amount of people going in and out at all times.
