There was nothing to complain about, except we do travel on limited income, and although I know it will still be a wonderful hotel, we were sorry that it no longer was a choice hotel. They are going over to Hilton. Hilton is also a great place, but their prices are higher than we can do. This was our 2nd year staying here. Hopefully the prices won't be too far out of reach.

Would like to take a minute to commend the staff. We mainly interacted with Rhonda and Derek. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. After arriving in our room, Derek from the front desk called us to see if our room was OK. He stated he could put us in a better room if we wanted. Our room was fine and we choose to stay put. Rhonda helped us with transportation and ideas for our visit to downtown area. Both Rhonda and Derek always greeted us with a smile, friendly chit chat and helpful ideas. We enjoyed our stay, and stayed an extra night. We felt so welcome. Thank you for a great stay.

I was in room 104 and the internet did not work. Worked in my daughter’s room. Maybe need some WiFi extenders for the rooms that are far away. I had a conference call that I had to go to another location. Maybe good coffee in the lobby

It’s undergoing renovations, so the room wasn’t quite finished yet: furniture needed painting, not all light switches worked, etc. The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on.

The pool was great. It was clean, comfortable, and safe.

Booking.com had the room having a garden tub... renovations removed all of the tubs... I paid for a room expecting a tub... plus the lighting in the sink area inadequate

It was undergoing renovations and while we had a semi-view of the water, it wasn’t a 5 star. The perfume smell was overwhelming at times trying to mask the smells coming from the restaurant. With a restaurant on property there was no room service available.

It was close to several amenities within a nice walking distance.

Uncomfortable bed, flat pillows and no light fixture above sink in the bathroom. (I was on the 3rd floor) There was only a lamp in the bathroom by the sink which was hard see to do your makeup. They’re in the process of renovating. There was also a stain on one of the pillow cases.

People in lobby were loud. No coffee for guests in the morning except through the restaurant.

Lobby was beautiful and room was huge! The beach was so close! The pool and hot tub were nice. Close to lots of restaurants and the pier. Nice place overall.

We booked a room that specifically said it had a spa tub but when we arrived there was not one in our room. Also there was no light above the mirror in the bathroom so it was a little hard to see while getting ready.

The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. Loved the proximity to the beach!

Does not have a good central area, like a bar or a lobby, for people to gather and mingle. I like that they are renovating, keeps the hotel fresh.

The pool area was clean and shady. The bathroom sink and shower are in separate areas, and have 3 mirrors. Beach and Pier are very close.

The renovations of the room we stayed in were not complete. The WLAN signal for room 400 was almost non-existent.. The bathroom was not finished (covering for filter missing, so exposed wires). Spa and fitness room were under renovation.

Location to the beach and a large spacious room. The hotel is extremely clean.
