We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe property could have been better. I did not feel safe in my room and placed a call later that evening letting the front desk know of my thoughts. Also, the bathroom above was leaking down to the room on the first floor.
The customer service upon check-in was great. The ladies were very nice and pleasant. I request late checkout at 12:00 and they were accommodating.

United States of AmericaI was checking in & had to pee , I asked the front desk attendant if there was a rest room on the 1st floor, she said No, having to pee very badly, I gave her my credit card with a reservation and she insisted, I wait until check in was complete, " I should have urinated on the floor" if I had only known how the rest of the stay would go after ,that intro, that should have served as a Warning, after finally getting my key, running up the stairs as there is , No Elevator, I was able to go to the bathroom, exhausted I got into bed in a ":Smoke Free Room" the bed sheets reecked of stale smoke as did the carpets & entire nightmare of the " Non Smoking " room, again exhausted with only 6 hrs before Departure, I fell asleep, only to be awoken, I get up to brush my teeth after napping 1 hr turn on the lights " bugs everywhere" on the counter around the microwave, coming out the drains, I was pissed stormed down to the front desk, notified the manager who came to my room, viewed the bugs was very understanding Refunded my $, the stay was a total nightmare , endee up feeling disgusting , itchy & sleep in airport 5 hrs awaiting my flight.

United States of AmericaEverything. The moment I parked in the parking lot I was harassed by several creepy men who were just hanging out and smoking weed in the parking lot. I could not go outside without being sexually harassed. I am a small young woman traveling by myself and I was absolutely frightened for my life. I was so scared and these men were so pushy and aggressive, following me to my car, and not leaving me alone when I refused to give my number. This motel has no security, it was just the front desk worker and nobody was around to stop people from just hanging out in the lot and harassing women. This continued any time I stepped foot outside and I am traveling with my dog. Every time I had to take my dog outside to use the bathroom I was accosted by these men, and it happened the entire night. When I checked into my room my key card would not open the door. The front desk worker made me new keys and walked me over to see what was wrong. When he opened the door he realized that the lights in this room did not work. He had to put me in a second room. In this room, the door jam was completely ripped off of the wall, and half of the top safety lock was ripped off with it. The door would not lock behind me when I left the room, the television did not work, none of the smaller lamps worked, and my window was right next to the parking lot where people were gathered (very late at night) by my window, doing drugs and being very loud and running their cars. I already didn’t feel safe after being harassed by the men in my parking lot, and having only a window separating them from me and a door that wouldn’t even lock was unacceptable. So I went back to the front desk AGAIN to be put into yet another room. I was so exhausted that I just took it, but this room was also missing part of its top safety lock, it smelled like urine and the hall was full of people yelling, everything was sticky, and the place was infested with roaches.
The man who works at the front desk is very kind, professional, and patient. I feel super bad for him because I’m sure he gets a lot of complaints directed towards him that he can’t do anything about because this place has 0 good qualities but that’s not his fault.

This is a horrible place. I drove four hours to get there. I called previously to tell them I would be holding my reservation, although I wouldn’t arrive by 3p.m. When I did arrive the desk clerk informed me that they were sold out of rooms. When I asked how they could sell a reserved room, he stated that he doesn’t know how the reservations are placed, and online reservations are not always received by them. I explained that I had driven four hours, was tired and needed a room to rest. The desk clerk said he was nothing he could do, and closed the door. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, and will never use them again.
