The tiniest pillows I have ever seen. I booked this room because my husband has mobility issues. The shower was a tub shower combo, which made it unusable for my husband.

The property was not located on the ocean it was across the street with limited view and no balcony. There was a person in the breakfast area asking for peoples room numbers which I felt was not appropriate. When I declined to give out this information he got irritated and insisted that he worked there and that this was common practice.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The parking situation could be better. No view of the water. Room actually faced away from beach

Room service. I thought we would get our room clean every day but I walked down to the front desk and the person advised it's every 48 hours. Which was fine, day 3 still no room service they drop off some towels and that was it. The mini fridge didn't get cold either.

We went for a wrestling tournament. The room was large, the livingroom was also nice. The bed was very comfortable.

They should have parking passes because we had no where to park during out stay we had to park extremely to far from the the main parking lot I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car there

Our room was in a noisy location- next to outside entrance. Door slamming at all hours. Did not have drawers for clothes or a luggage rack for suitcase.

Wished there was more drawer space, were a gaming family so would have like to be able to use wifi on TV in the room, had to use Hotspot but no big deal. Signing in in other devices to use wifi was easy, pretty strong signal.

First the hotel itself smelled throughout. We were there for 4 days and everytime we stepped out, there was cleam fragrance. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Couch and coffee table were nice to have so you did t have to eat on your lap or in the bed. There was a desk though but it was nice to have. Check in and out wasn't breeze. Breakfast could have been better but that's a small overlook. Would definitely stay again.

Housekeeping doesn't speak English it's hard to request things one lady uses it as an excuse to be rude younger Spanish lady. I use Google translate she told me to wait one moment and never actually gave me what I requested I seen her in the hallway being rude to another person and they got on the elevator saying they were offended too because she just sort of ignores you and says no English..

The rooms are large. the bed is firm. Breakfast was decent and the breakfast woman was polite and friendly.

Rooms and hallways could use brighter light fixtures, most places felt a little dark. Afternoon front desk attendant was professional and efficient,, but could be a little friendlier.

Very clean, large rooms, good location, professional staff, decent continental breakfast, comfortable beds. The whole place smelled like cleaning products, not old cigarette smoke unlike other places.

No one told us when and where breakfast was o I didn't know about it until I loaded up to leave. The noise level was not great. The walls were thin so after 11 pm I kept hearing a lot of noise down the hall.

I am a solo business traveler, so I was able to hang up the few things I brought with me. The only real complaint I had as a business traveler was that shampoo shower gel and conditioner containers were too high for ordinary sized people. I guess the people who design these rooms are taller and probably male. On the other hand, these rooms are really designed for families and groups of roommate young adults staying together. The facilities in the room leave much to be desired for families or groups. There is no chest of drawers or even a bench to put suitcases on, so that the room would be automatic chaos no matter how tidy a group wants to be. Also, whoever designed those below the knees shelves for the microwaves, clearly has never tried to use one. Fixing this problem would cost absolutely nothing. All that has to be done is that the microwave should be put up on the same level as the coffee machine. That will save a lot of spills and reduce the need for replacement of the carpet square that is under the microwave.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, sufficient outlets , real cups, not paper in the room.

Staff at the breakfast area should be commended for keeping the area maintained and cleaned! Kudos to her! Plus front desk are very helpful
