When we arrived at our room... there were Dirty Towels in the closet as well as Food and Dirty Dishes in the fridge. We notified staff We left for a few hours, and when we came back, the room was picked up ( towels, dishes, food ), but our room door was left open and not latched closed. Just before going to bed... I went in to take a bath, only to find that it was being occupied by a family of ants. I opted not to share and just went to bed. I informed the staff the next morning and left.

Would have been a better visit if the hot tub was open but we figured a jump in the pool would be a ok substitute but water was way to cold to get more than ankle deep.

Stayed for 4 nights room 228 and was put next to the stairs on the side of the construction works that got up at 6 am and walked very heavy down the stairs and let the doors slam closed behind them. It woke us up everyday :/ It would be great for a little sign on the doors ( Please don't let the door slam closed) and not put long time stayers that aren't construction works on the same side of hotel. Thank you Mary

I wish the other people staying in the hotel would pick up after their own dogs. I managed to pick up over 10 piles of poo that weren't mine. Other than that, I didn't really have anything else I didn't like about my accommodations.

The employees were super helpful and friendly, fresh, warm baked cookies available, excellent areas outside to potty my pup, ample space in the room, great location and overall great value. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room smelled really bad of dog pee, the bed was a little to hard to my liking. And the breakfast would jave been nice with more of a variety.

It took me 45 minutes to get checked in. The hotel is really dated, dark halls and also the room door was not secure. I was very uncomfortable.

It took 45 minutes to check in. I stood waiting for the front desk attendant to figure out how to check me in. The challenge was the rate I paid on booking.com was 15 cents different than the rate he was showing. I was beside myself over 15 cents! He was trying but had no idea what to do and told me I might have to pay for the room a second time. It was insane!

The dog barking for one, We were politely asked if we minded having a room on the second floor, we did not,& she showed us to the left would be an elevator. We walked all the way to our room, which would have made it SO much easier to just be told also, where the stairs were ,as they were right OUTSIDE our room. We were super exhausted when we checked in, and weren't really planning to stay in the room at the moment, but we decided to stay after that trek. Try to rest a little and freshen up before we went to see the kids, and that didn't go so smooth because of the dog. It burnt continually as we were putting our things away and as we were deciding to leave as soon as we walked in the room that dog started barking, hance we left immediately to go visit our kids and I mentioned it to the lady at the desk. I never heard one human ask the dog to quiet down or go back inside or wherever it was but it was very close to us and when we got back that night it was quiet but it started barking again off and on throughout the night.

Relatively quiet, except the damn dog that kept barking if we left our room at all.
