Our towels were removed and none were replaced. Needing to get ready for a wedding, I had to go down to the office to ask for one, but they had none and asked me (very pleasantly and apologized) to stop by the laundry room and ask for towels there. It felt ridiculous that I had to do what felt like a quest just to get a towel.

The staff was very friendly and seemed to legitimately care about the guest experience. The value was good, overall it was fairly well cleaned and everything well cared for.

The toilet didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t work and it did not get cold. The location was smack dead in the ghetto, the pictures on booking lied to us…

Because of my dialysis port, it would have been much better for the shower to have a removable wand.

Room was clean. That is mandatory for any place I stay Didn't take advantage of dining. My family tried to eat every together.

At check in, we were informed that our booking had been cancelled because the card couldn’t be processed which is a lie. We ended up in our room after we were educated on the fact that booking.com didn’t save us money because she was apparently an expert on the subject 🙄 the toilet wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk, they moved our rooms. This one was sufficient. Over all we had a decent experience. The location is awkward to find it.

I’ve stayed here before. Items that need updating or replaced: iron and ironing boards, toilets, desk chairs, lampshades, and some of linens have stains. They advertise breakfast but there is never breakfast.

Surprise- you have to pay a $100. Security deposit in cash and they will not give you a receipt, we did get it back in the morning after they checked our room. There were lots of partying people in the parking lot who partied well after midnight (when I finally fell asleep). Several sets of people stood around and watched us unload and go into our room. No curtains, just cloth blinds that did not make the room private. Bright lights outside kept the room light all night. No protein at breakfast.

At checkout he checked them room without me showed me a picture of something on a pillow and I don't use nothing on my hair a took 30 dollars from my deposit I ask to show me not the pillow case in the laundry don't know if they were even mine

I don't LIKE to have car lights parked in front of my door. I feel like someone could hit the gas pedal, instead of the breaks and end up in my bed.....but ...choose what you like here.

Did they have breakfast?! The hotel is older...but I loved the fact they have no carpet. The doors have a huge space underneath and you can hear everything. This place is both a hotel and motel rolled into one. The top floors, you walk down an inside hallway. Floor number 1, you can walk from your vehicle straight into your sleeping quarters. So, you get the best of both worlds so to speak!

The pool was dirty the kids could not enjoy it, there was a roach in one of our rooms, the rooms were not truly non-smoking there was a deodorizer in one of our rooms. I will say the breakfast room was the better of our stay. staff was very nice. The location was very sketchy I’d never been to that part of town. We did have a lock you had to put your key up to in order to get into the second floor that made me feel a lot safer.
