The building could use some maintenance. You can see the window is old, furniture is old, TV is older, etc. Also, I could hear the children in the room next to me. As well as the elevator door. But at least it was quiet late at night so I did get some good sleep.

The room was large and clean. And if I stayed longer, having a kitchen is a nice perk.

It's smells like animals living there! Like wet dogs... Staffing, the guy working the front desk, needs to be more professional and not address black men as "brotha." Even after I told him not to address me that way, he still kept calling me that! I'm sure he doesn't want me to address him in a derogatorily manner. Save that for your friends - your facility is in a professional area, you should probably reciprocate. Location is great! It's in Newport Beach very close to the airport - can actually walk! Kitchen was fine, bathroom was ok. Very, very nice area as my office I could walk to up the street! There was a nice lady working there who was very helpful - appreciate that!

Daily rate for pets was not disclosed anywhere. Only found out about daily price for pets when I asked for my final bill. 2 or 3 guests were smoking outside both the main and Birch St entrances 75% of the time I used either of those entrances. They sat right or stood immediately next to the entrance and 'no smoking' signs. It was not raining. Need blankets in room and some type of sheer curtain for 1st floor room windows.

Property accepted cats and is located within 6 miles of my home. Laminate plank floors made it easy to clean up after pet.

Maintained older building, but not well cleaned. Cleanliness of room was passable. Stairwell was not cleaned at all while we were there even though someone had urinated there our first night.

Surprisingly quiet suite near the Orange County Airport. Comfortable bed with a recliner in the room as well as the kitchenette. Nice size room, pleasant staff. Extended stay, laundry and cleaning done only on request or on checkout - better for the environment.

Place is run down and seemed like the place is being used for temporary housing for lots of people who were hanging out in the front of the hotel smoking, sitting in parking lot etc. Lots of people with dogs roaming the halls. Room very basic and although requested non-smoking you can tell it has been heavily smoked in during the past. Breakfast was just a coffee pot and some packaged granola bars so would not call that breakfast.

The blankets are paper thin. My mother had to bring a blanket for my stay. The room was also not completely clean. Lots of dirt and hair in the bathroom.

I appreciated the location and having access to a large fridge, microwave, and stove top. I also appreciated having access to any dining ware I needed from the front staff.

No prior disclosure was given to me (the would be "great deal" finder using your app, for a one night stay) that suites were providing low income residential living. Facilities was not a manicured place; parking lot/environment allowed "sleep in van" occupancy. Also It was the city's ambulance preferred standby parking spot. Interior was outdated; dirty carpets, water leaking from underneath refrigerator. Asked if another room would be given... reply from desk "no just old appliance, maintenance cleaned it up".
