Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI would expect that an extended stay hotel with full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher would have some pots and pans, dishes and at least some starter supplies like dish suds so that you could use the appliances without bringing or purchasing your own articles.
Affordable cost with availability to have some meals in the room. Facilities for exercise.

United States of AmericaThey offered nothing but a bar of soap, toilet paper and 2 sets of 2 towels. There were no utensils, plates or towels in the kitchen. It was supposed to be non smoking but as we walked to our room the first night there was a guy smoking right outside of our room by the steps to leave. The entire building smelled like marijuana. They held $100 on my card because I paid with a debit and not a credit card which I have never had to do when I stayed at an extended stay before. Our bathroom door fell off , luckily I had tools in my son's hockey bag to fix it. The table in our room when moved looked like a baby deer trying to walk. The TV was disconnected from the TV stand. The lamps in the room were loose It snowed 1 of the days we were there and I could not get my car out of the parking lot, luckily someone from our team didn't leave their hotel yet and they came to pick us up after we walked to the neighboring property.
The beds were soft and the price was good

United KingdomCleanliness needs to be improved, particularly in the common areas. The carpets were stained in some parts and really should be replaced.
The staff, headed by the manager, were very helpful and took an interest in making the stay as smooth as possible. Even when the taxi took me to the wrong hotel building - same company just 5 mins away - the staff at that branch made sure I got to the right location. The selected room was large with separate lounge area which made for a comfortable stay. Location a bit away from the town centre, but there is regular, reliable bus service which is great if you don't have a car.

United States of AmericaAt check in no one was at the desk. After waiting several minutes I had to call the hotel to get someone to realize I was there. The first room key they gave me did not open the room and so they had to move me to another room with a new key. When I went back to the desk to alert them the key wasn't working, again no one at the desk and had to call the hotel to get assistance. They should at the very least have a bell you can ring for service. Had to take a cold shower in the morning because there was no hot water. Placed food in the refrigerator overnight only to wake the next morning and realize it was not working. The light was on inside but it was not cold at all.
Great location. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk called me to let me know my window in the car was down.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was almost impossible to find. VERY poor signage, hidden away down a side alley (I would not call it a street) and sign blocked by trees. Even with GPS it was hard to find. SPOILER: Look for the alley at the Courtyard/Fairfield Inn signs on Boardwalk.
The staff was friendly and helpful. When the televisions proved too mysterious to operate, the receptionist came and was able after some problems to show us how.
