The staff at check-in was rude. No discounts for seniors or using other discount options I have. The microwave was dirty had chili or something splattered on the glass plate.

We had to take our dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. No room cleaning service at all for our 4 days there. Had to leave garbage in the hall for someone to pick up.

My grandson enjoyed the fun slides in the pool. The continental breakfast was good.

The hot breakfast (mostly eggs & sausages); just needed some potatoes or something.

The capacity of the dining area was pretty good; I didn't feel like I was eating on top of other guests. The beds were very comfortable and had enough sheets/blankets on them without me trying to find more. The shea butter bars of soap smelled amazing. The water/pool area has encouraged us to come back with our whole family for a longer weekend stay sometime!

I wish the food was better and the hotel could be cleaner. Our room was fine, but the microwave was dirty. Also the hallways had a weird smell. I loved the free breakfast in the mornings, but it was not the best food (but its free!)

The one suggestion I have is to have complimentary ice water and coffee available in the lobby.

The location was tucked away just enough to be quiet but close to plenty of attractions and restaurants.

I went to make my bed the next day and Discovered big p*** spots in my blanket. I was so disgusted then. We pulled out the couch bed and. And it was nasty underneath there plus there were clothes underneath there And there was dust on a few things.

The binder for the stay was destroyed by previous guests so I didn't have a menu for room service, it was all ripped out and drawn on. I tried using the restaurant button on the phone and all it did was ring. I had to order DoorDash instead. The jacuzzi had a LOT of dead skin right off the bat coming into the water, the filters need to be cleaned. There were no coffee cups to make coffee in the morning.

Love the shower with the multiple heads and tv, love the jacuzzi in the main area, love the king bed! The cleaning girl the next morning, she was so nice, wished me a Happy Mother's Day as I was walking past her with my kids, a definite difference from the slightly snotty front desk girl the day before at check-in, she was not at all welcoming. The breakfast was pretty good, nice variety.

That we were told we had to get two rooms because we had 4 kids that were all under 10. We would have to split up and pay for two rooms as one family. We had a 1,6,7,and 9. Which all of us fit in the one room. The lady was very understandable and gave us a deal. We had no clue you had to count baby's towards the room count. I thought we just needed to list them so they new how many in the room for fire code. She was great and handle it appropriately.

We had a romantic jacuzzi room for our stay as we walked in to the room it was nice then noticed there was a window in the room which I thought was good to let light in so I walked over to the window to look at my view and to my surprise it was to the kiddie splash pad which I thought was very weird as a romantic room that is a odd placement for such window also the next morning we was woke up at 9am to kids screaming and yelling in the pool so no sleeping in for us on our vacation

The couches and chair could definitely use an update for how much you pay. One of the couches actually looked to have blue frosting on the back of it from a previous booking. The bottom of the whirlpool was either stained or dirty.... Not sure which my hubby was the one who ended up using it. Enjoyed having a fireplace in the room but for some reason it was really loud when on
