I didn't like the fact that it had a beautiful balcony to sit at. But weren't allowed to smoke on it. I had to inconveniently leave the room and walk all the way to back of the hotel smoke a cigarette.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel in and out.

A family of 10 Mexican immigrants were dropped off at the lobby of the hotel for breakfast on our Sunday March 18 morning. The Mexican working staff assisted the family into one of the bedroom hotel room. We think it is very unusual to have 10 people in one hotel room. And believe that the hotel management is unaware of this situation. We hope you resolve this problem before we decide to stay at your hotel in the future thanks. Dave and Nancy

The bathrooms sink was clogged. The water drained very slow, so we had to use the sink in the hallway.

The break fast was good, but at the time the area was to crowded. There was no organization no supervision.

Upon entering, it’s a bit strange to not be greeted by an actual person a desk, but by a person on a video screen at a kiosk. A bit creepy at first, but it works.

Good location for the purpose of my trip, which was to scout the area for potential livability. Plenty of food options, including grocery stores.

FaceTime check-in. Pay someone local to sit at the desk. Breakfast very basic. Extremely awkward for people moving through that area.

The only down side to our stay was that our room was on the same side as the road alongside the hotel. The noise was excessive as locals appear to use the road as a racetrack. Even at 3:10 am we we’re still being woken up.

We were going to event at Art centre 5 minute walk away, so location was ideal and the price was very reasonable in comparison to other accommodation in the immediate area.

When I check into a hotel I like to have a warm body at the front desk not someone on a screen who is god knows where. The pool was not available due to work being done which we only saw workers one day while there.Also, we were locked out of our room even though we had two more days to stay. The cleaning staff was very good at keeping our room clean.

The hotel was run a little too efficiently, I felt like everything was rushed to get me out. Housekeeping knocking and asking before 1030am. Everything locked up right on the dot when breakfast ended. I mean it was a pleasure trip/stay. I was in no hurry to leave. But had to get breakfast another place.

It was nice to see that the hotel was getting some much needed construction done.

I didn’t care for the virtual check in/out. My room’s toilet was not working but was fixed the next morning. The jackhammering all day long outside the room in the pool area was very annoying. Not restful during the day at all.

The robot checkin/checkout process. Felt like we would not have been able to get personal assistance if we had issues. More hot options for breakfast would have been nice (eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal).

The a/c was ice cold, which we loved. Also liked the full vanity/sink separate from the bathroom. Breakfast area was nice and clean.
