We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When I asked for a broom to sweep it I was told I couldn’t be given one and the house keeper would do it. no one every came out. Someone told the light outside. shady people walking around, its Central California and a lot of fast food restaurants in immediate area.
Very clean our room was great King suite. the couch in room was very comfortable and attractive. Breakfast was breakfast sandwiches, burritos, fruit and juices. no cooked food. You had to microwave everything, it was fair better than no breakfast options. The breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient. Front desk staff was unpleasant, short unprofessional and had bad customer service skills. No maid service unless you ask. Welcome to Covid.

United States of AmericaThe staff was very unwelcoming and cold. The ridiculous regulations made me very frustrated. I had my family with me (4 of us) there was only 3 towels and they wouldn't give me another one because of a "towel shortage " and I would have to exchange a used towel for another. Really!!?? Things like that made me not enjoy my stay as much as I could have. They need to work on Customer service skills.

United States of AmericaMinor things but irritating. Like bath water plug would not stay open, so the bath filled up as we were showering and we had to hold it open to drain. Also one of bedside lights would not accept phone charger. My hot brush styler would not work. I tried several plugs in the room. However, it worked when I got home.
Very close the the main road and freeway but not so that we were disturbed by traffic noise. Location was great in that it was only 20 minutes to where our friends were camping. Friendly staff. Saw my husband using a cane and gave us a handicapped room which kept his walking to a minimum.

United KingdomThe elevator was terrifying to ride in - seemed like it would get stuck at any moment. And eventually it did. Thankfully, it was stuck on the 1st floor with the doors open and no one inside. Breakfast wasn't great, but they were dealing with Covid, so options were limited.
I stayed there during the Covid Times and the place seemed very clean, staff was friendly, masks were worn and masking rules seemed to be enforced (in a nice way).
