You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no coffee. I assume we were expected to make it in our room and bring it with us. Nothing looked very fresh, but I didn't really expect much different. When I first walked into the room it was neat and clean, but there was a not-so-faint smell of old cigarette smoke (room 116). Maybe it was a smokers' room? I don't know. It was too late to complain, and too faint, though distinct, to quibble over.

United States of AmericaThe tech is both up to date and not... Brand new smart TVs with all the apps, but there's A HUGE problem... The apps don't work and you can't even get into them. The night front desk was unaware of the cause and asked if we unplugged it. The next day front desk person was like "oh, none of that works in any room". It was a limitation they implemented. I've been to other hotels where they reset the tv automatically at the end of your stay to sign you out, but that apparently wasn't feasible. It was hugely disappointing to have been teased with the option to watch our favorite show when we came back after 10 to relax and spent over an hour troubleshooting their equipment, only to find that it wouldn't work anyway. Everything but 1 gas station and walgreens closes by 10 in Quincy and walgreens didn't have hdmi cables, so we were unable to even connect our laptop to the TV. The TV also has nonfunctioning Apple share. We know to bring an hdmi cable with us going forward. It would have been fine if our expectations were set correctly in the first place. What a waste of smart TVs! The cable channel selection was also very limited and abysmal. Bring an HDMI cable and something to stream from and you'll be fine! It's still worth the price and now that I know the trade off, I can prepare for my next trip. FYI the site has no jacuzzi /hot tub, despite the reviews saying so. Those are from the previous hotel that was on this site and are not correct. This is the former Comfort Inn, which did have a broken hot tub and pool issues which were resolved when this hotel renovated and turned into Americinn and the hot tub was removed. . Not a complaint, just a clarification, since the old reviews still show up.
Decor is up to date and clean. Room was comfortable. Day /evening staff was a delight to talk to.

United States of AmericaElevator is small for a larger group with luggage. Pool not able to use. Parking lot is not big enough for all the guests to park. They were parking along the side entrance. Which caused a problem for larger vehicles to get out until those vehicles were moved.

Looked to be refurbished recently. Bed was comfortable. 1st time I've stayed in a hotel that the mirror didn't steam up while taking a shower. So either it was the lighting that the mirror was part of or the hotel's exhaust fan actually worked.
