Lack of hot water for hot chocolate or oatmeal. IT was only lukewarm.

Location was good. Waffles were fine. Eggs did not have much taste. Sausage was good. Third day there were no plates left for food. (It was a Monday at 7:45.) Hot water was not hot enough for oatmeal or hot chocolate. The bath towels were awesome. Staff brought missing hairdryer and reconnected phone. The safe did not work, but we did not report until check out as it wasn't a necessity. Pillows and bedding were comfortable. Blackout curtains were very effective.

Rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner and the shower curtain had stains which seemed quite nasty.

Breakfast was great, bed was comfy and the space and set up of the room was great. Receptionists are great but could be more knowledgeable on hotel processes.

The breakfast room. It was a little small for the number of tables. It was difficult to get to the food because there wasn’t enough room in between the tables when several people were trying to get food. The food itself was good.

It was close to the hospital where we were visiting.

They let a truck with a huge trailer park on entrance way of parking lot and enter and leaving parking lot difficult.

The breakfast area was cramped and the food was subpar. I ate breakfast at the Waffle House near the hotel after the first night of my stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions I had about places to eat in the area. Room accommodations were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable, except for the pillows, which were small and did not offer much head and neck support. Overall, the hotel offered good value for the nightly rate

The cable was out the whole time so couldn't watch any TV to relax and get my mind off things. Should have been given a discount of some kind for the inconvenience but wasn't.

The location was close to the hospital where my son was . He had brain surgery so I needed a place close to the hospital. The room was nice and comfortable.

Staff was very accommodating. 1st time in Cumming for a Bass Fishing Tournament. Had concerns about parking with a boat and power to recharge. Staff went out of there way to accommodate my needs with traffic cones and extra power outlets. I was so great full for the extra mile.

The Breakfast could have been a little better like sausages eggs gravy biscuits are toast in that area you all need hands bands to let the personnel that they are staying there one guy come in on Saturday night and trying to steal the candy and cakes etc wrap in a sheet that was not staying there my lady got a little scared and had to get the man at the front desk to get her to the room but I was not frightened at all also people from the other hotel parking in the best area and handicap spots all others motel have but don't get me wrong I love the stay the cleanliness of the nice small hotel

I like the people that run the place especially the lady that helps set up the hotel from Hawaii

The pool could have been better

The attendants were all very helpful and greeted us each time we came in. Even the janitorial service ladies smiled.
