I think staff need to be more readily available for guests, there were a few times (not just for us) where we would need help and there would be nobody around. There is a reception area and cleaners but they were not always there. I would have also liked if there would have been a kettle provided in all the rooms, I know there's a communal one, but sometimes you don't want to leave your room and also as the complimentary drinks were not always available. It was a bit hard to operate the key pad to get in the room, we had a few times where we struggled and other guests also struggled when first arriving, so this could maybe be better explained in the text message you get when you check in. Throughout our stay (we stayed for 5 days) our room wasn't cleaned once, so that might be something that I would want to change, I don't mind it not being done daily as its a waste of time for the cleaners, but I do think at least after 3 days to have a bit of a refresh would have been nice. I would also say it would have been nice to have had some cutlery, plates and glasses, as none of these were provided in our room, when we used the microwave to have a meal in the evening, we had to use some takeaway plates and plastic knife and forks, luckily we had some, but if somebody wanted to make use of the microwave they would've had to buy something to use. There's no sink in the kitchenette but there is the one in the bathroom, so you would be able to wash up the items if needed.

The location was really good walkable distance to all the spots you would want to visit. 2 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest restaurant and shops and about 10 minutes to the pier. The swimming pool was lovely and we enjoyed relaxing in the chairs around there, there was shade (umbrellas and trees) from the sun which was definitely needed, especially for an English person like me 😂 but also a chance to sit in the sun as well. I loved trying out the swimming pool and it was a decent size to do some lengths. I also liked that previous guests had the chance to leave beach accessories for other guests, if they were unable to take home with them; we found some beach chairs which we used for the majority of our stay and took to the beach with us, so make sure you have a look, especially if you have kids because they had a lot of beachy play items in there. The rooms were nice and we had a little kitchenette in the form of a fridge/freezer and a microwave, which we made use of, both were in good working order. There was a chance to have a hot drink in the morning from the communal launderette, where the staff would put out complimentary coffee, different types of tea etc. We also used the launderette to wash some of our clothes, be aware you will need exact change to use the facilities, staff does not keep change at the hotel, but the machines were both in good working order, we are glad we were able to use them. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to stay in, nice area, good walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go in clearwater and decent rooms.

We got there late and were given directions but found our door unlocked and ajar. Unit appeared undisturbed so we went in and locked the door. Rest of the stay was uneventful.

All good - it was all good!

The beds were super comfortable, the pillows were excellent! Loved that we had a small kitchen area, the bathroom was a good size (did the job, decent shower), loved being on the ground floor facing the pool, the noise was non-excitant, we heard nothing - perfectly quiet! The location was perfect - loved being away from the main 'hussle and bussle' - coming from the UK, we will be back. Sadly I can't remember the lady's name who manages the housekeeping, she is amazing!

The artificial grass around the pool area is awful. You can't even walk on it when the sun is out unless you have sandles on your feet because it gets so hot. I can't imagine if someone had a little kid and they put them on it, they would get burned. The suite could use a lamp in the living room and a light above the stove so you don't have to use the bright main light all the time. Could use chairs to sit outside your room and enjoy your coffee or just to sit and relax. This property only had lounge chairs on the hot artificial grass.

Location to the beach was excellent! Pool itself was nice. The size of the king suite was good, plenty of storage. Staff was very friendly.

The parking is limited, and we needed to pay for on the street parking for a couple of hours until one of the free hotel parking spots opened up. The bathroom sink and shower are small, and it would be helpful if there was at least one shelf in the bathroom to store our toiletries, but we were able to work around it by storing some toiletries in the kitchen.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a nice little kitchen area with a sink, dishes, refrigerator and microwave. They provided plenty of towels including towels for the beach. The pool is very nice and in a nice little courtyard with plenty of pool chairs and tables to use for relaxing. The beach was a short walk away. In addition, there were many restaurants within walking distance and pier 60 was also an easy walk.

The room needed a chair to sit in. A simple folding chair would work. So you can easily move it out of the way when not in use. Just needed somewhere to sit besides the bed when I wasn't clean yet. A shelf in the shower would be nice too. AC rattled and made alot of noise.

The location was perfect. It is a cute little place and I would stay again.

Not enough storage room in bathroom . Only one night stand. Shower so small. Could not adjust shower nozzle so basically had to squish against wall or get hit in the face with water.

My husband and I booked at the Hotel Cabana for 5 nights. We booked March 1st-March 6th to celebrate our anniversary. We found that the room was a little too confining for that length of a stay and actually left two days early. We rented room #11, which is downstairs. Unfortunately the guests above us were loud and we could hear their tv which was super frustrating. The construction in the area was constant and very loud. We found it hard to relax around the pool or to sleep-in, due to the construction noises. A white nose machine would be an excellent addition to this room.

The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Our flight arrived very early and the cleaning crew allowed us to check in early around 12:30, which was very nice.

Smallest bathroom sink ever, shelving next to sink and in shower for products and maybe some hooks to hang towels/bathingsuit and a mirror in main area would have been great. Nothing major.

Coffee was actually really good There was no breakfast. Location to beach was terrific, it was a little bit of a walk to the main area of restaurants and shops but bc of that the beach was less crowded on that end.

A room is not worth as we paid. A space is quite small. I made a reservation for queen size bed room then when i check in at 7.30pm and found that a blanket is dirty. Then, we have to contact with a staff only by text. However, they respond very quickly and upgrade my room to a King size studio bedroom. The air condition is very noisy and not cold enough. No lobby.

A quiet location and not too far to a restaurant. A communication with staff is only by text ;however, they respond very fast.
