Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The continental breakfast only had pork for their meats they need like turkey bacon or turkey breakfast links because not everyone eats pork.

The pool’s chlorine was insane. We could only swim for a couple minutes. Also the breakfast was not very varied and the breakfast room was a little tiny
They had accessible rooms and it was overall clean.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs were right from a carton. Nothing very nutritional. Maybe add some fresh fruit?
Location. Value. the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The heat and air conditioning worked great. The people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming.

Can’t think of any major complaints.
Great layout, very clean, great breakfast, staff is kind and gave a goodie bag for our stay there. Overall, very much worth the price.

The toilet was so low, and the door was hard to open because the safety latch stood out to far, I had to try several times and really push hard. Pillows were lumpy!

The view from the room wasn't great. They put a hold on card for incidentals. Ice machine was only on first floor, we were on 3rd.
They gave us snacks when we arrived, and when we left, the room had a larger refrigerator with ice book. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good.

I have been visiting the motel quite a few times. each time I had issues with the service desk in regards to my Service dog. My dog barked twice while at the service desk and the representative David complained that the dog cannot bark. She barked twice in the 7 times there and quite throughout the entire evenings while there. We can't always keep our pets quiet but my dog barked only twice out of the times there. Dogs will be be dogs my dog is very disciplined. last time there the woman at the desk questioned me about my dogs service and i was being courtiest with her showed her my dogs credentials as a service dog and she said emotional support dog does not qualify as a service dog. Obviously she did not know what she was talking about. All the years having my dog this is the first time I have encountered this situation and never in my entire life ever been turned away from a stay. I am lost for words. this stay today was canceled due to negative review from your staff about my dog's in your system. Your staff blacklisted me and I hate to think if I am listed anywhere else to where I cannot be accepted. I am a honest person I have no reason to lie and I don't accept your employees input about my dog being noisy when in fact has been totally quite every night we had stayed there. I really like your site and just saddened that comments made by your employees had put in the system. You can decide to believe me over them that's your choice but as I said I have no reason to lie and I appreciate that the negative comments be removed immediately. Thank you for your time and correct your staffs negative attitudes to me and my family. I really enjoyed your place other than this situation. The wallpaper in unit 209 's bathroom was peeling off the wall, ceiling drywall cut above the tub, it just looked in need of much repair. Could use some attention. Looks tacky.
The staff were attentive, quick to help or solve an issue. The first room assigned to us was 210. Upon entry, the room smelled like a tocacco shop. We were expecting a non smoking room. The desk clerk apologized and quickly gave us 209. We appreciated him... and especially "Diana," I believe, working the eating area. She was quickly restocking trays, getting more coffee, cleaning yet had time for small talk with people. She was great.
