Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It took quite a while for the room to cool off. The elevator was sketchy, slow, and the doors seemed to have a mind of their own, closing on me and bruising my arm.
The room selection was great! A corner room on 6th floor with a decent view.

The elevator but understandably it is a historic building.
The location was perfect to be away from the noise but close enough to the things we wanted to walk to.

The only thing that I didn't like was the elevator. It was only room for 3 to 4 people on the elevator. And it was always full, especially during the evening hours. We had to take the stairs every evening and we were on the 6th floor!
I love the location. On Canal Street, but away from all the big crowd. It was nice and peaceful.

The elevator was terrible. Constantly out and only one in use. Had to use stairs and was on the 12th floor. The sirens late at night was terrible due to being on canal street and close to Bourbon Street.
The place was very clean and beds where comfortable. Location to trolleys easy.

Staff at the front desk during the night was not friendly and tried to charge the deposit x3. We had to use the stairs a couple of times because the elevator was out of service. We even got stuck once in the elevator. We did not have housekeeping service during our stay (3 nights).
Good location, close to the city center and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable mattress. Small fridge on the room and free breakfast.

The bathroom was very cramped by US standards and only one of the two lifts was operating during the three days I was there.
Within easy walking distance of central New Orleans with a good number of restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was good.

Had to reboot tv for remote to work and one elevator out of order made things a little slow. But at least you had one as being on 6th floor might have been a bummer. Bathroom is hard to maneuver as door has to be closed to get to shower which you have to squeeze between toilet and door.
Breakfast (good lay -out0 Dog friendly was main reason for staying. Fact that your location was so close to french quarter was a double plus

The room was noisy because of the electric room next door. Only one rickety elevator was functional. The overall upkeep certainly didn't reflect a Hilton group hotel. Eating out of disposable paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast is extremely disappointing.

If i not returning is because of the parking and entrance. It's very dirty and confused to find the entrance of the Hotel from the parking. it was not a sign to explain how to get to the hotel.
The room was great very clean and spacious. The service was really nice too.

There was only one elevator 🛗 working which made coming/going a little slow.
The location is perfect for exploring Canal Street and the attractions that surround it. Everything is in comfortable walking distance.

Elevator was always breaking down and long wait. No maid service. Certain front desk person on morning of 5/15 was very rude. Not many restaurants within walking distance.

Only 1 thing, the elevators wasn't working properly. Good point, maintenance was on the money. And the manager was on top of that!!!
Customer service was great 👍🏽 The room was very clean. Breakfast was a hit. Nice variety.. I am going to strongly recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting!!! Nice location.

The elevator will hurt you the doors come back on you. They do not open back up like original elevators. It took us 15 or more minutes to come back down because only one was working no more than 3to 4 people can’t get in it at one time room 805 have make up on the bathroom walls a red spot or a blood stain on the duvet cover . One of the pillows cover has a red stain all the way through. One of tried to use the phone to call room service phone did not work. She went down to front desk the staff, she said she will get housekeeping's to bring towels we went out, came back, no towels in the room. Had to go back down the gentleman gave her some towels.
Bed was very comfort.
