The blankets sheets and mattresses were all stained. Bathroom light didn’t turn on at all had to shower in the dark.

It was under construction. 1/4 of the parking lot was inaccessible. You couldn't access the Pool. The Elevator Was dangerous. It hit/closed on both myself and my wife on 2 separate occasions. The Breakfast was bad. They put it out at 6am and it looked like didnt touch it again until 9 when they closed for the morning.

The staff was friendly. The entry area was nice.

There were ants in my room. The sauna was not working and the jets in the hot tub were not working as well. The fitness room was under maintenance.

The room was very run down, the window was broken, there was a pile of junk right outside the window. The bedding was stained, the sink counter was broken. The hanger rod was tore down and the lighting fixtures looked like they were getting ready to fall off the cieling and it smoke detector was missing and wires were hanging down where it should have been. The hot tub jets did not work and the pool was extra cold. There was not a freezer or microwave in the room. I wish there were more options for the continental breakfast, for example, eggs and sausage, not just one, and bread for toast instead of just bagels.

The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was alright.

Choose place because of pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi gym out of order. Pool was cold. Walls very thin could not sleep do to noise.

There were smells of cigarettes and Pot coming through the vents in the bathrooms. The stair carpet was nasty. Kids were running around and jumping from landing to landing in the rear stairwell area close to our room. Very noisy. I stayed at a Sleep Inn in Orange Beach . The breakfast was outstanding there . We had a full spread including eggs bacon sausage, fruit cups and it was clean and opened at 6. The breakfast opened at 5 :30. No eggs or sausage or bacon. Cold biscuits and gravy. We did have waffles and land cereal and juice and coffee. Not really inpressed

Maintenance. Our toilet constantly ran. My husband says because something in the tank wasn't working correctly. With that said it was not easy to flush the toilet either. Also for our tub / shower there was no hot water. We had hot water in the sink and in the kitchenette sink but not in the tub / shower. Too bad too because we had one of those nice beautiful large jetted tubs that my husband was so eager to use but instead we were stuck with lukewarm showers - you could not even say warm. Had to shower quickly because it was definitely not pleasant. We told the front desk and we were told that maintenance would be in at 11am to fix. Needless to say we came back to the hotel and nothing was done. We stayed from Friday thru Sunday and had lukewarm showers and could not enjoy the tub at all :(

The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of blankets and plenty of pillows. No problems here. They gave me a spot to lay my head down and I slept very well.

Disabled and was given a room on 3rd floor. Only room for disabled. Whoever designed the hotel, should have done better planning.

Breakfast wasnt a hot breakfast unless you want to call frozen breakfast sandwiches you microwave and take to your room to eat. They did say that being the covid restrictions were being lifted, they expected a better hot breakfast within days or weeks.

First day had live roach crawling on wall and coffee maker was so nasty on the inside. The next day, they had sprayed some roach killer by RID and still put us back in same room! It stunk sooo bad of chemicals. I was very displeased with that, they should of atleast switched us rooms!

The service was good and so was the pool/hot tub.

The bed was absolutely the worst we have even tried to sleep on. Hard and very very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a cold sandwich in a bag. The second morning there was no fruit available. The gentleman at the front desk did go to the back and find us 2 little cuties (clementines).

The people working here were very nice and accommodating. They did there best to help with my screwy requests.
