We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe location of my room, the bed lamps did not work, the carpet wasn't clean, I had to reclean (others hair), another residents dog was dedicating all near the walkways and it had not been cleaned up. Otherwise, it was comfortable for the price. The streets outside of the hotel are dangerously damaged
Besides the first receptionist who checked me in, the staff was very friendly.

United States of AmericaHowever, there were cockroaches, and possibly other bugs, but I crushed three roaches while there and woke up twice feeling itchy. This kind of soured me on the rest. Also, you need to "check out" silverware and bowls as there are no settings or pots in the kitchenette. There was also a smear of paint (or something) on the bathroom socket.
The location is optimal with lots of restaurants and pharmacy/ highways and gas nearby. It is between Love Field and DFW International, so for me going and coming from both, it works good for location. The bed was comfy, and overall it was quiet.

United States of AmericaDidn't have any cookware so I had to buy some. "Neighbors" were loud and constantly slammed doors through the night. One repeatedly set off their car alarm all day. Had to buy some clorox wipes to touch up the cleaning in bathroom and kitchen. Biggest complaint was the checkout process. Checked out a day early. Had to do it over the phone because of their COVID policies. Never got a final receipt even after calling 3 times. Waiting to see if I was still charged for the night I didn't stay.
Room was decent for the price. Kitchenette was useful. Had plenty of space so I didn't feel confined. Location was perfect. Staff was very kind and helpful during my stay.

United States of AmericaMost of the lamps in the room did not work. The tv signal was very spotty. Our room door did not close correctly and could be opened by simply pushing on it from the outside. Due to that reason we could not leave the room someone had to stay behind in the room to make sure no one got in it. Bathtub was peeling.

United States of AmericaI requested 1st floor but they had only 2nd floor. I am partially disabled and have a dog that needs to be walked. The stairs were not easy and it really ruined my stay. I've stayed here multiple times and have always gotten my 1st floor request so I was not pleased at all and I was already there and didn't know where else to go safely plus my friends live there and I was coming to visit them.

United States of AmericaTub drain was clogged, or stopper needed replacing. And the front door had to be slammed shut, which caused a disturbance for surrounding guests.
The young lady at the front desk was very customer service-oriented, knowledgeable and helpful during the week and a day that I stayed at the hotel. And the bathroom area smelled fresh and clean. Big plus!!!

United States of AmericaBooked hotel late at night after flight was cancelled. Arrived at hotel and no one was there to check us in. A handwritten note on the door said hours were 7am to 11pm. No where on description of property was anything mentioned about closing at 11pm. Called the number and was just told they were closed and wouldn’t help. Many people were stranded and lost money because the hotel wasn’t open to check us in.

United States of AmericaMoved rooms 3 times. First room smelled like cigarette smoke and I spotted some roaches. Second room reeked of cigarette smoke and third room smelled better but the bed was terrible and there was no remote for the TV. Because of the moving, I guess the front desk forgot to assign the new room to me in their system because in the middle of the night just as I was falling asleep (took a very long time because the bed was so terrible) I heard the front door key card go off because someone was trying to get into my room!! Luckily it worked out and it was not an intruder, but it was very scary and it took a long time to sleep. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

We called the hotel number and the person who answered said they would not check us in because it was after hours. After calling Booking.com to complain, someone finally showed up and checked us in. Kudos to Booking for fixing the problem.

United States of AmericaA whole lot..staff.. called at 10:45 to ask if airport transport..said no and hung up…got to hotel for and door was locked and no one there..I called and after a lot of ringing..was told it was after hours and come back in am…several other guests showed up and after 1/2 hour or more …finally came down to check us in (by then 5 people).. took me almost 1 hour from when I got there to finally get to my room…I would never recommend!!!!

Puerto RicoWe arrived after midnight, the check-in office was closed, and only a phone line was available to communicate with someone at the hotel. The person on the line said no rooms were available and Booking.com was responsible for overbooking. I was left on the street without a room and had to find another place to stay at one in the morning.
