I had a reserved room for three months. When we got there they gave us a room because someone cancelled right before we arrived otherwise we wouldn’t have a room. The room smelled like smoke. Horrible. The door to get it the hotel from the back packing lot was broken.

The microwave was halfway cleaned in room looked like they cleaned front half and called it good , sink in the kitchenette area stunk like it hadn't been clean in a long time. They don't have any extra blankets if you may need one. The elevator sounds horrible and makes awful nose took it up to third floor but took stairs back down didn't trust riding in it again.

The staff were nice and helpful. The bed was pretty compfy. The room was very spacious. Not bad for the price deal I received.

the room could have been cleaner, and maybe provide a coffee pot in the room and maybe at least have an ice machine on the property. and make sure the side doors worked with the key. parking around back and having to walk in the cold rain to the front is not very fun.

I was pleased with my stay for the most part. The room wasnt really cleaned when we got there. I found pop lids and straw papers under the chair and bed. but it was a nice get away.

This hotel is for people who need to stay in a hotel for a long time. One person living there asked my friend if she was their hooker. Breakfast was muffins and a gronola bar.

The location was nice. Next to a Starbucks and a Wegmans. Did have a whole kitchenette with a big fridge.

Breakfast consisted of little more than coffee and a granola bar. Coffee was so weak on first day that it was little more than colored water, undrinkable. Coffee second day was slightly darker, and just barely drinkable. No usb ports and limited plugs in the room.

--Kitchen facilities main reason for booking here. A hassle to have to go pick up any kitchen equipment. If theft is a problem penalize the thieves not the other guests. At least have full set of kitchen items (dishes, pots, cleaning cloths/soap) that are ready to be signed out and delivered to room. --Although a few motels don't allow for early check-in, most allow for some flexibility within the hour before. I've never before been asked to pay $15 in order to check in less than an hour before. And of course, there is not corresponding refund for early departure.

It seems like our shower wasn't cleaned well or at all. It had hair still around the shower area. We had kids with us so I was a bit nervous giving them a shower. I feel that a bathroom is one of the most important things that should be kept clean besides the bed.

Check-in staff was nice. They were under staffed and she still took her time with us.

What didn't I like was the question. I reserved this room the beginning of April, I get there and they tell me they don't have a room for me..I'm like excuse me. They then try to blame Booking saying that they always over sale the rooms. I have been a Booking member for YEARS and never once had that happen. I needed a double bed because I traveled with my kids. So last minute a room comes available. We get to the room, the floor is sticky, the window doesn't close, the remote is missing the back, the room phone doesn't even work. There were stains all over the office chair. The room smelled like wet dog. The elevator sounded like it was going to break down, there were broken tiles all over the floor by the front desk. No ice machine and they charged extra for internet, which I never used because the TV wouldn't even let me connect to it. I have stayed at many extended stays in different states and they have always been amazing! Super clean, amazing service, always felt like my little apartment while I stayed there, but this place was terrible, I would not recommend and I will not be staying there again. We woke up more tired then we were when we checked in because it was just so uncomfortable. The only clean thing was the tub and the fridge. Also there were barely any plugs in the room and the shelving was supposed to be white, but since it was so old it was a cream. The hotel just looks like they just gave up on updating it and the pictures that are on Booking are not the same hotel, they wish it looked this nice. They should take them down, because the hotel and the rooms in the pictures are not the same. The only real one is the one for the outside of the hotel.

I liked that it was close to our destination. I was taking my kids to the zoo, so we figured we would make a weekend trip out of it. The hotel is next to tons of food and shopping, Walmart, Sam's Club, Aldi so you can't lose there. They are also super close to the Zoo which was perfact.

The employee where unprofessional didn’t want to do their job , I booked for 1 night then tried to book again after I checked out and no one was trying to help they kept trying to over charge me and make me pay twice they told me I couldn’t book again because I got period blood on the bed which I couldn’t control they where rude employees where discussing my business I heard them through the hallway I wanted a complete refund and it wouldn’t be given to me I reached out to corporate

The hotel, contrary to their brand, is not a suite. It's just a room. You can't do more than really basic cooking. Kitchenette wasn't set up. Had to ask for knives, and didn't get a sharp knife, so I had to slice a tomato with a cutlery knife. Smelled a bit.

The hotel is handicapped friendly. There were available handicapped parking spaces throughout our stay. Some staff were friendly.
