The AC unit was not working and making a horrible noise. I asked the front desk twice to look at it and it was never fixed.

The breakfast and food were good. The staff was ok. For microwave food it was good.

Sofa sleeper was awful. Dirty and falling apart. Clerk was able to get a cleaner mattress. But it wasn't very comfortable. Should think about replacing them.

Front desk clerk was very helpful! She went out of her way to make our room comfortable!

None of the outlets in the bathroom worked at all. The dead bolt on the door didn't close completely and air conditioner was wonky.

There was a gap in the door to the room so it didn’t shut quite right. The curtains on the one side were broken so they were hard to shut. And the trim and carpet could use some attention with tacking it back down in spots.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean, pretty and large.

Only one of the 2 keys worked, door was messed up as only 1 screw was holding the lock part in on frame. Door was extremely hard to open. Shower was smaller than pictures would make you believe. And lights flickering on every floor.

Pool was open and we had it to ourselves as the previous questions all had answers of the pool being closed. It was close to campus which was perfect for Graduation

Bed linens had some stains on them. Should get different colors for comforters. The one women's public bathroom by pool didn't lock think its broke.

Staff was super friendly, pool was nice. Beds were super comfy. Having breakfast was nice. It also nice to be able to bring our dog.

The hotel could use some updating/TLC. The room doors looked old, and hard to push open or close. Our Room was clean and roomy, but there was issues. Room 103, had no Tv channel list. Smoke alarm was hanging by wires down the wall. Electrical outlet was coming out of wall behind TV. Radio had wrong time, and couldn’t figure how to adjust it. Hair dryer off and on switch didn’t work. Had to plug and unplug for that. Had “ clean “ towels with stains on them. We came down toward the end, 8:50 and It appeared there was no assistant there. Trash cans were very full and it was hard to find a clean table. Food was adequate but simple. We stayed at a Comfort Inn and Suites in Tifton Ga. Which was much nicer. That’s why we booked in Richmond Ky. Not nearly as nice than the Tifton one.

The ease of booking a reservation. Used app Booking.com. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- Our room key/card quit working the morning before we were leaving. We found out after coming back from breakfast. The front desk reprogrammed the room "keys" for us. - The room had scrape damage to a couple walls. - Wallpaper coming loose at ceiling near the window, mold around windows, one window was very dirty, curtains were falling off the clips, the slider for the curtains was broken. - Bathtub had a stain & no drain plug.

Fantastic breakfast! Room had pretty interior, well designed & very spacious.

In room 221 we woke up to ants everywhere on our suitcase and bags . Also had ants all in our snack bag. Had to throw several items away because ants were all over the bag.

There were a few issues with the first room we were put in (lights didn't work in the bathroom, some remnants of work being done around the room) but maintenance came to fix immediately upon check-in (even at 1:30 AM) and when they couldn't find an instant fix they quickly found us another room. The second room didn't have a phone or alarm clock which was not a huge deal as we didn't need these things but just the point. We also had issues several times with our keys not working on either our room door or the door to the indoor pool. However, renovations are in progress as of May 2022 so I think once they complete those this will be a great place to stay!

The staff was SO friendly and accommodating! We stayed while my daughter was in the hospital having my granddaughter and they were so thoughtful, checking on her when they saw us and always asking if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

It was very dirty! Like, filthy! My family had to ask for new covers and because theirs were so dirty and they never complain. The cleaning lady had her boyfriend with her going into rooms but he didn't work there and looked very sketchy (wife beater, tattoos. etc) Idk if it was under construction or what but many things were broken and did not work. I paid a lot to stay at this place and was shocked by the quality.

Location to EKU campus was very good. It was very close and easy to get in and out of. Was not overly crowded. Breakfast was good.

The handicap room had a bathtub not a walk in shower

I am traveling with someone in a wheelchair. He needs a roll in shower. Our “handicap accessible “ room had a tub. He was not able to shower.

Our room had dirt and mold on the window. Ceiling in bath was dirty and stained. Tile falling off molding and dirty caulking around tub.Failing batteries in tv remote. When I told manager in the morning , he just seemed uninterested.. Staff was not dressed proffessionaly.
